Terrific local pub, really friendly, well-kept beer (a must).

Great little snug pub with friendly staff and a warm atmosphere. The free pool table is the icing on top. Good drink and many laughs were had.

A proper pub. Not a poncy gastro pub.Five star pub food....Pickled eggs in a packet of crisps. Along side real beers.Locals only.. it's at the top of a steep lane which deters the Waitrose set to be found elsewhere.A pub dog for company, could not be better.Perfect

Fantastic local pub. Always a warm welcome, and drinks are sensibly priced. No food, but free cheese and crackers on the bar in the afternoon. If they had a little fire or woodburner it would be perfect.

Nice real locals pub, just a tad off beaten track but easy to find and better for that, I always get a friendly welcome. Def worth a visit as part of a Falmouth

A semi-regular who loves a game of pool with great people, welcoming presence all around and a well-poured pint to drink down. Couldn't recommend a pub more.

Amazing staff and beer. We're visiting from the States and wanted a pub experience, definitely recommend coming by!

Superb proper pub. Well named. Outstanding staff and clients.Made to feel really welcome. Draught ale and the best scratchings I've ever had. Can't recommend highly enough.
Sadly, every beer was Marstons/Carlsburg Sharp's. Not a proper Cornish beer in sight. Sad really, as last year we had lovely pint of Treens in the same pub.
