a thoroughly lovely evening with friends topped off with brilliant food. our meals were cooked to perfection. could not fault the restaurant ,its food or staff. all were very friendly and made us feel welcome. will definatley eat here again. also the view from the balcony over looking the marina. 10 / 10.

We had Sunday lunch here today for 14 of us in the private room, it was a suprise party and the staff could not have been more accommodating and helpful beforehand with great communication via email. The food was lovely and piping hot, thanks to the chefs. The front of house staff really friendly and attentive to all our requests, thank you to all at the Upperdeck for making this a lovely day.

Our visit was fantastic from start to finish. Service from Will & Ella was outstanding and we felt so looked after. For all our starters, mains & deserts the food was delicious - a refreshing menu with lots of great options. Always a wonderful time when we dine here, would highly recommend!

Once again an amazing lunch. Will and staff are always friendly and accommodating. Menu is great - the smoked haddock chowder is just sublime!! And make sure you leave space for one of their delectable puds.

Don’t miss out on this hidden gem !! Our server was very knowledgeable on the menu and couldn’t help enough when it came to picking the correct meal for each individuals taste. I’m not gonna lie if we weren’t with extended family we would of only stayed for a drink after seeing how quite it was ( although it was a Monday night, so perhaps that’s normal for this area ) however I’m so glad that we stayed for food. Every dish we had tasted lovely and we all had food envy over one another’s dishes. Unfortunately we didn’t get chance to take photos If we lived local this would definitely be a regular place to visit ! Thank you to all the staff :)
Excellent food, we booked in for Sunday roast. What a fabulous roast it was too and really tasty lamb! Greeted well by the friendly and attentive Will. Talking through our experience and recommending beer for my husband to try. Lovely window seating, looking out on the marina. Nothing was too much trouble, highly recommend.
