I have used the cafe a few times, the older lady with grey hair that works there is simply horrendous. Rude to every customer including young children and the elderly, no patience, I witnesses her being very rude to her colleagues as well, she was also slamming pots around making everyone feel very unwelcome. She clearly does not enjoy her job and should be reprimanded. The young blonde girl is absolutely lovely and clearly being bullied by this older women. I am appalled by her, where is management to sort this women out! She needs to be sacked or not front of service

Nice supermarket with quite wide aisles. Good selection of everything you would expect and a helpful and friendly customer service department. It has a large car park with disabled bays near the entrance and an ATM.

It’s December 23rd, I’m fully aware every retailer in the country is having its busiest week of the year, but it’s not come as a huge surprise catching anyone off guard has it?We booked a click and collect for 3-3:30pm, and arrived 5 minuets early… an hour later we’re still sat waiting.During this time only 1 click and collect order was brought out.We approached one of the trolley supervisors who response at 4pm was to say “you’ve probably turned up to early”I then went to customer services to enquire the whereabouts of my order to be eye rolled and told “we are busy” guess what… so am I it’s the reason I booked a time slot for click and collect. At 4:15 my order finally arrives, in which time I could have probably done my own shop.Very poor service, real pity as it’s not what I’ve come to expect from using other branches.

Good size store, full range including "George clothing". Large car park on quayside.

A very large Asda offering a wide variety of groceries, household items and clothing. There is also a welcoming cafe here and a selection of deli counters.Customer toilets are located at the back of the shop and can be accessed from the toiletries/health section or the cafe. The toilets were very clean. There is also a fairly large car park here with disabled and 'parent and child' parking spaces located near the shop entrance.

Busy but we'll stocked. Nice walk around the harbour available too along with crabbing opportunities

Always good. It has a big food section, a cafe, George clothes and home stuff and an entrance front and back with parking at both ends. Main entrance is wheelchair friendly with disabled parking. Back is not. Has 9 stairs.

Clean and tidy supermarket. Large carpark. Friendly staff. Also lovely to see tje building was design sympatheticaly to the arwa. No bright green Asda sign, instead a grantine/slate coloured sign. Well done for designing this large building on Hayle harbour that isn't an eyesore.

Back in August I went 2 times to asda hayle and this store is now the largest and the best , Café is good except chips on the floor on one time. Staff are lovely also I looked and I saw all Rattler flavours but I don't buy them and there's Flattler . Asda in Hayle uses its good old Asda prices i like the silver steel sign and also the history board and cornish languages inshore i highly recommend this store
