Very friendly staff, unfortunately the soundproofing could have been better room above woke me every time they got up, at least six times in the night. Not good when looking at a 360 mile drive homeRooms: Soundproofing not good

Very nice version of Premier Inn here, ideal if you are working in Hayle, can travel a bit more to see bigger attractions in the areaLayout includes the well known long corridors and a three storey extension that has been very well done, allowing for extra parking underneathThere is a McDonalds next door, walking distance but the but directly next door offers much better food in a better environment

Friendly staff shame about the food .. we stayed in Hayle for a couple of nights. For a wedding in St Ives . It is a 12 minute drive to St Ives. Let’s start off with the accommodation . As my partner is in a wheelchair we had an accessible room on the ground floor. The room was light and airy. And a good size with a walk in shower. So it meet our needs . The staff where really friendly especially Michelle. Who help with a couple of requests. Now the disappointing part. We booked at the Brewers fayre . For dinner and breakfast. You have to book for both The place was tired, not very clean. food on the floor and on the table. The table was cleaned properly it was very sticky and some of staff weren’t that friendly. The food wasn’t particularly good either . Very plain and greasy . Breakfast wasn’t that great either., even though there was a good selection., we decided not to have breakfast the following day because of our experience there. The management need to sort it out as it effects the score I would give the premier inn .

Having stayed at the Premier Inn, Hayle on several occasions, the standard was as expected, it has always been clean and comfortable. My only gripe was the water pressure in the bathroom. I understand water is precious and needs to be used sensibly but it took such a long time to shower and wash my hair. The pressure is set at a certain level and can not be increased. This wouldn’t stop a future visit but is worth noting.

Wish we had read the reviews as there are other Premier Inns in the area. There is no air con and the room was very warm, in September. Must be unbearable in summer. The hotel did supply fans but integrated air con would have been better. Rooms are a good size and PI beds are always reliably comfy. Convenient for trip to St Ives. Shower over the bath had disability handles that were too high and the shower had zero water pressure. Very poor. We were on the first floor but there was no lift so difficult carrying heavy suitcases upstairs. Lastly, the free Wi-Fi was non-existent. On the whole I would recommend you stay elsewhere.

Just of the A30 the rooms featured are the older style. I'm not sure if they are refurbishing because the website showed the more modern ones!Friendly staff on reception. There is a retail park next door. Good if you are visiting the area by car. Just note it takes 40+ minutes to walk to Hayle station! You can include breakfast and dinner for £27. Breakfast was ok but not exceptional. Dinner was good, enjoyed the fish and chips. A good stopping point if you are visiting St Ives.

Site was clean and tidy, staff were friendly and accommodating. Plenty of parking, and restaurant next door was a bonus. There was a lady behind reception called Sara, she was lovely, I'm pretty sure I kept coming back for tea and milk refills every hour and I probably annoyed her, but she was so kind and welcoming. Ended up having a great laugh each time. If only stays in hotels were always this pleasant. Thank you ! I would definitely stay again!

I must say this premier inn was very hot. We stayed in August summer. Average room temp was 30 degrees. The staff makes up this premier inn during the summer. We have stayed in the winter last year anscouldn't fault a thing. Hayden, Joy and Sara was amazing the time we was there couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast fantastic

The hotel room was like sleeping in a sauna, with no means of reducing the temperature. We were told that we should have read the small print when we booked the hotel room as it states that the rooms are hot with no air conditioning. The restaurant was poorly staffed, both coffee machines were out of order at breakfast, food on the floor, and poor housekeeping. The worst Premier Inn we have ever stayed in.

The staff were LOVELY and very helpful, as always at a premier inn the bed was very comfortable. Location was great- we know the area well and this was where we wanted to be based. However, the heat in the rooms, was unbearable, to the point of where I felt quite poorly when in it. On our 3 night visit the room temperature was between 29-30 degrees all the time. There was a fan. But all they do is move hot air around... its a shame because we do love it there and probably wouldn't stay at that particularly Premier Inn, due to the hot rooms - which is a shame, because everything else about it was great

this premier inn is one of our favorites. we have been coming here for over 15 years and would not go anywhere else. the service at this hotel gets better everywhere. management should be proud of the team here from reception to housekeeping. the room was very clean and could not fault nothing. with no aircon at this hotel we requested a sheet which was provided. also asked for some extra coffee which was put in our room. Haydn made a smiley face on the bed out of the sachets which made up smile on our return from dinner. thank you to all the team

Always great here. Very helpful, friendly and professional staff. Rooms are always very clean and tidy. We know some of the staff now as good acquaintances as we've been coming here for many years. Thank you for such acwarm welcome today Haydn and for accommodating our room needs - a great start to the holiday. Thank you all.
