Only average coffee from a machine. Pasties great. Nice inside and seating outside. Not a great view unfortunately. A car park.

We had two cheese pasties which were as excellent as ever. Packed full of delicious fillings, including the crust. Perfect temperature and as good as when we first had one - many years ago!!! Friendly staff too.

Not the best experience. To start off, there was no choice of pasties available only the traditional. Not a problem to us. So we had a large pasty to share between us. We sat inside, but found the choice of music was not at all relaxing and very loud, so we asked a young girl if the music could be changed, she replied no, as its the staff play list. Well! Doesn't Ann of Ann's pasties consider her customers and what they may like to listen to? The music was eventually turned down a bit. To top it all the pasty was a disappointment it was dry not much meat and the pastry so hard we couldn't eat it all. So all in all not the best experience.

Steak pastie very nice and hot plain sausage roll cold, meat solid and unappetising with large lumps with onion.

Not as good as they used to be. Maybe the recipe has changed, a less peppery taste. There are better pasties to be had locally.

Amazing pasties, but tables need wiping down. Tables stickier than a Yates bar carpet.Parking: Plenty of donation parking in village

In my humble emmet opinion, this is the best pasty in Cornwall- bar none. We visited the Lizard shop. Worth the journey. Easy parking, quick service and a piping hot pasty and a pint. Winner! Lots of steak, peppery and packed full of veg inside perfectly cooked pastry. What more could you want? Weather was great too!

Back in 2016 I gave Ann's 4 stars. I rated the pasties as good but not the best. Even then it seems, according to other reviewers, they were not as good as they used to be. Well, unfortunately they have got worse. Even blander. And all the meat was clumped in the middle and not spread out along the length of the pasty like it should be. Aditionally the meat was tough. And the pasty was so poor being very tough it and overcooked it made the pasty very difficult to eat. Only upside it was hot. By giving this review 3 stars I'm being generous, it really should be 2.5. Very dissapointed.

Well we are locals and decided to try one on Anne’s famous pasties, As I run a B&B thought is only fair to try them out before I reccomend. Well 1st we tried for the helston shop on the industrial estate, put post code from google into sat nav and away we go. Not where they say they are. So we try for the lizard one, on way we see a big sign just before Sainsbury/ Flambards roundabout, follow the arrow which takes you down to tip site, another sign and arrow which takes you back to ind est! So now we head for the lizard after finding post code on their website, follow sat nav which takes us to a street just off the square to a yellow house, you can see that’s where they were with old signage but not open! Feeling really pissed off and hangry by now! So I ring them, no answer from helston or lizard shops so I finally get through to Porthleven shop! Lovely chap apologizes for our trouble and say they have a new shop in the square. So we find somewhere to park and go fetch our long awaited pasty ?. I did politely mention our trouble in locating them to the girl in-the shop, to which I got no response! So 2 medium pasties, 2 cakes, 2 cokes and 2 lattes (well half cups of latte) £24.50! we head down the to lizard point to eat with a view. Well to say I am disappointed is an understatement! Pasty seemed to be overcooked, too much pastry and not a patch on Gear Farm, Lucy Bakes or Philips all of which are easy to find! My advise to them is to update all social media, post codes, local signage/ arrows and google to enable potential customers to actually find you. Cheers and gone. Sarah

Ordered two medium steak pasties, received maybe 6 small cubes of beef between the two of them. So much onion my partner gave up halfway throughIf they hadn’t come with £4 pints I would have been extremely disappointed
