Went in with family very rude member of staff told us had to buy drinks before sitting down, don't want a hot drink if can't sit down!! Said it loudly across shop floor was made to feel embarrassed and unwelcome. Needless to say left without having a drink.

Coffee as good as ever. Stairs to Costa usually filthy, glazing in restaurant area vile, generally unclean and uncared for, tired fixtures and fittings with worn dirty furniture. Staff are nice, surroundings yuk.
A small place but ideally situated for if you don't want to be dragged around Tesco lol.
