Rarely order take away so was a little put off by the negative reviews. Needn't have worried as the food was prepared on time, hot and fresh. The store itself was immaculate and I liked that you can see the pizzas being prepped. Polite staff. What's not to like?

Purchased 2 pizzas online to collect. Waiting times stated 9-14 minutes. Got there slightly late and waited at the checkouts for someone to serve me but even though some.of the staff looked at me, I wasn't acknowledged. I had to verbally asked to be served.Only half my order (one pizza) was fulfilled and the other one quote unquote 'went missing'They made another pizza which then took another 15 minutes to make and it had the wrong toppings on. No sorry, no apologies. My other pizza went cold by the time the second pizza was finally made.I would avoid this if on holiday on visiting lovely helston and the surroundings. If I could give it a 0 I would.

I ordered a pizza online to collect, the service was excellent and the staff are friendly.To say that there was a crowd of youths they were well behaved.I ordered online because I didn't want to wait inside the shop for my pizza to be made.The pizza was tasty and very filling
We went as a family and the pizza was really tasty. We sat in the seated area which was never trying to be a restaurant but was sufficient for my wife and I with 3 kids to eat dinner without any dramas.

Always ordered from Helston Domino’s and was always correct order and delivered on time. Shame Falmouth store don’t operate the same way. We have just moved to Falmouth, not good service here compared to Helston.

Well we've had dominos before and it's been a good experience. The kids like their pizzas. The Helston branch is full of flies that doesn't seem to bother the workers. Also one of the staff was heard farting behind the scenes that made the children laugh. Bizarre.
