A lovely little restaurant in the heart of St Keverne. We were staying in Coverack and I had booked weeks in advance to ensure getting a table. The food was delicious, the service friendly and efficient on what was a busy night with the restaurant being full. We will definitely return when we are next staying on the Lizard.

The Greenhouse is a very special place, discovered by my parents whilst they were down on holiday in Cornwall. My wife and I have had many meals here during our trips down to Cornwall and we’ve always been served beautiful food and left with fond memories of this place. The food pairings are divine - the liquorice ice cream and chocolate torte bring a good example. You need to book ahead and you can take your own alcohol . This place holds special memories in our family .

A very special restaurant- superb evening with fantastic imaginative dishes, especially the scallops and cauliflower cheese soufflé.

Our second visit last Saturday night and won't be our last even though we live over 6 hours away! This place is truly stunning; excellent in every way. The food, service, the atmosphere are all superb. We've eaten in a lot of places throughout the UK and this is leagues ahead of anywhere else.If we could give more than 5 stars we definitely would.

Whilst on holiday in Cornwall we were fortunate to book the last table available during our stay. Not only was this the best meal we had in Cornwall, it’s the best meal we’ve eaten out in a long time! My husband is a very good cook and becomes frustrated by the usual fare served at many restaurants as he thinks he can produce better food at home, although I enjoy eating out for the ambiance. We were both rewarded at The Greenhouse. It is a small, friendly and unpretentious place which is obviously very popular so book ahead. Both Leonie and Neil made us feel welcome. The menu changes depending on what is available I assume and has limited choice, which we think is a good sign. My husband and I had scallops to start with which had a slightly Asian flavour and were delicious. Our friends both had haddock soufflé with a carrot sauce which was tasty but quite large helpings. To follow, my husband had monkfish which was perfectly cooked. I had venison which was tender and delicious although I didn’t manage to finish the dish. We all had different flavours of the excellent homemade ice creams or sorbets. Neil was very happy to chat about how he makes them and even produced a sample of the beetroot sorbet for us to try which we all enjoyed. We took our own wine for which we paid corkage. As we left the restaurant and headed into the pictures square of St. Keverne, the church bells were chiming which was a perfect end to the evening.

An absolute gem. High quality dishes, impeccably presented. Obviously pricey but worth it for a special occasion.

Our Airbnb host recommended The Greenhouse for our Honeymoon meal. What a delight it was!The scallops & the haddock souffle were divine. We’d already nibbled our delicious complementary sour dough & olive oil when our started arrived which I regretted as I wanted to mop up every last drop. More bread was offered but I feared spoiling my appetite for the main. I chose the pork belly with the most amazing indescribable crackling. My husband enjoyed his meaty skate wing.As a huge food lover nothing was wasted on me; the presentation, every flavour & texture was divine. What an amazing surprise to find this treasure when we returned to Cornwall for our honeymoon having moved away from Falmouth a year ago. How had I never heard of The Greenhouse? I’ll certainly be singing their praises. Definitely there with the best Cornwall offers. We were able to purchase a bag of mirangues which we enjoyed much later with English strawberries & Cornish clotted cream

We turned up and were welcomed by Neil who explained there were running a little late so could we delay by about 20 mins. His polite manner and way of talking to us as people meant that this was not a chore in anyway. He took our bottle of champagne and placed it in the freezer so that it was deliciously cold when we got back. The menu was easy to read and follow, and we enjoyed some complimentary bread and olive oil as we tried to decide on what choices to make from the menu. What made this difficult was not the endless choice of options, but the fact they all looked so delicious. The food when it was delivered was simply AWESOME, and we cannot praise the chef enough. All three courses we requested were cooked expertly, presented brilliantly, and tasted delicious. Neil was attentive when he needed to be, but left us alone to enjoy our evening together, thank you. We were so impressed that we have re-booked for the near future when we have friends coming down from Portsmouth.

What a wonderful find! A friendly welcome from the host and good efficient service throughout. Food is fantastic - expect top-class ingredients perfectly cooked. We both had scallops to start followed by beautiful pieces of turbot. Excellent desserts followed to complete the meal. Prices for food and wine are quite reasonable for the quality provided. The venue is quite small and obviously very popular so do book ahead. Well worth a detour if you’re staying anywhere near.

An evening in this small restaurant is the highlight of our annual trip to Cornwall. The food and the welcome is exceptional and we could not recommend it more highly. Book ahead

We are occasional visitors to the area and have visited before. Last Thursday was excellent. The menu was so tempting and whatever we had chosen would have been good. My cured trout starter was amazing followed by a loin of cod cooked perfectly finished off with home made peach ice cream. The lovely couple who run this place offer perfect service I can't wait to go back. It's relaxed and wonderful.

Excellent food in a cosy, intimate village restaurant. Delicious fish dishes and unusual desserts. Very good value for money and you can bring your own wine.We managed to get the last table available on Saturday evening and went back on Friday. I only wish that they were open more often!

We booked before we came down to Cornwall for our holiday, and were so glad that we did. The Greenhouse is very small, but every place was taken on a Friday evening in November. Most of the others seemed to be regulars, which is always a good sign. The food was delicious, especially the furiyaki beef. An interesting range of natural wines too.

We restaurant is normally closed on a Wednesday evening, so we had the Restautant to ourselves. Leonie and Neil could not have done anything else for us. We had Scallops, Sardine, souffle and gravlax as starters. Our main course we had bass, Scallops, Duck, Italian burrata. The Quality of the food, the service and atmosphere of the restaurant was fantastic. We had guest from London and their comment was ' We could not get better in London'. Thank you, Leonie and Neil for making our evening so perfect.
