Epic food. Order was placed and the food arrived in just 16 minutes after placing order! All was hot and fresh, chicken was amazing good selection and amazing skin, burger was tasty and the salad was all top notch fresh. Chips cooked perfectly. Very happy will order for us again

Used to come here since I was little but until yesterday I phoned up explaining that I broken down further down the town bearing in mind it was just after 10pm and chucking it down I was freezing. So wanted to get some food delivered to me while I waited for recovery. Spoke to the women manager and she said I got to spend over £17 for delivery! It says that on their website but it was only just me and for them to make an exception just this once. Honestly I was disgusted. So whoever is reading this don’t bother phoning up if you’re in the same situation as me they won’t let you. Unbelievable! (Highly doubt they will see this review, looks like they never responded to anyone’s on here!!!)

Great place but I wish they wouldn't put the pitta under everything, it gets soggy and cant pick it up so it goes in the bin. A pitta is half of the kebab! Plus they cut it strange!Other than that I have no complaints :)

Disgusting . Do not buy from them . Ordered online , kebab with all the salad and sauce . Kebab turned up with just the chicken and onions . Rang to complain . They don’t answer the phone . Also ordered hot wings but none with the delivery , thieves!

Soggy food, freezing cold, salad was brown absolutely hanging, use to be lovely absolute sh4t show. Also where the hell is the coleslaw ??? - this is after we complained about the first lot we had and was sent out n swapped meals. Absolutely shocking.

This kebab shop has been consistently good for many years (across different ownership I think?) and the service is always fairly quick and food good. Look, you know what you're getting when you visit a kebab shop, it's not fine dining. However, the food is always nice here and their chilli sauce (my personal way to tell if a kebab shop is good) is gorgeous and not some rubbish from a bottle.

If I could give zero stars I would. When you pay over the odds for food that you wouldn't give your dog, there's serious concerns. I complained and was ignored completely. Avoid at all costs.
awful service and didn’t give good customer service. And food is shocking. Sauce drowned my food and hardly and food to the sauce. Never going “best” kebab again. It ain’t the best!!!

Our favourite kebabs for miles. Taste is as it should be. It could have been a bit hotter the last time, but it was warm enough to enjoy. Have been visiting since the carlton days.?

The food is fine, but they have the meanest portion sizes ever. I ordered a large chips and it was more like a small. I dread think how many chips you get when you order small. Probably a grand total of 3. Better off going to Ians Plaice. You get value for money there.
