Visited with my friend and a toddler, who suffers with an allergy to dogs. It is really nice and a rarity these days, to be able to find a place to go that is dog free and be able to eat without smelling wet doggy odder. I like dogs but not in a cafe. Had a nicely cooked veggie breakfast and lovely frothy coffee. Haven’t been here for years, will now be coming regularly with my friends.

Great service again and superb food. We pre-ordered lunch for 13 staff today and they delivered it to us as usual everyone loved the food, it was so good. For some staff, it was the first time they had had lunch from the Fat Frog and they were not disappointed, just fabulous. Thank you again. You know we will be back!

Went in this morning (20th nov) with my friend for breakfast, and even before we sat down the two girls behind the counter were lounging around and were so very rude to us , which led us to leave Will not be going back

Fat Frog very busy on a Friday afternoon. Managed to get the last table available and expected a long wait for food but our order was taken promptly and although we were warned there would be a wait of up to 25 minutes wd were served within 10. Staff friendly and helpful and the food was excellent.Vegetarian options: Good choice of meals offered

What a transformation from the new owners...this place used to be a health hazard and now it's an absolute little gem of a place....awesome relaxing atmosphere, very niche, service was amazing....a place you can have a delightful meal or just relax with a coffee or tea , read a newspaper or even a book....I live in Princetown in Devon but would definitely travel down to fat frog just for the sheer ambiance of the place....WELL DINE

Visited The Fat Frog today, was absolutely superb! Had a lovely friendly welcome by the owner and the waitress. They were very attentive, polite and happy. Compliments to the owner, staff and the chef! Food was excellent quality, hot and the service was faultless. Thank you all at The Fat Frog. Highly recommend.

Sat here for 20 minutes, the waitress came and asked if we needed a few minutes to decide. Nobody came back to take our order, so we left.So I can't give a review, honestly. As we did not experience the food or coffee.

We had a lovely time went twice on the same day had coffees in the morning and lunch. Friendly helpful staff good choice of food reasonably priced and the food excellent good size portions. The chips were the best we had tasted. Looking forward to my next visit.
Seriously impressive menu in both size and variety! We were very happy with our breakfast choices (1x Fat Frog Breakfast and 1x Breakfast Hash basket). Generous portions, great quality ingredients and reasonable prices. We're adding this place to our list of regulars and will definitely be popping over to Liskeard again soon to try other menu items.

Brilliant, a cafe that does not discriminate against people with dog allergies. Congratulations! I hope the owners will not be bullied by ignorant dog owners to reverse their policy. Even some dog owners do not want to eat in unhygienic surroundings, and people who don't own dogs are still in the majority, which means the cafe is likely to increase its customer base! And by the way, the food and service is excellent.

This place is a little gem.We visited on Sunday afternoon with our three children. We were surprised to find it open especially on a bank holiday Sunday.The staff could not be more helpful and friendly. We were seated quickly although it was busy and we hadn't booked in advance. The milkshakes were divine (strawberry and chocolate) and the coffee (flat white) was perfect.I had eggs bendedict which was cooked to perfection, my children chose various options from the kids menu. We asked if we could tweak various items- nothing was too much trouble.There was a really lovely atmosphere amongst staff and other diners.The blonde lady in particular, who I'm assuming was the owner, was exceptionally wonderful.Dietary requirements and allergies were also checked when ordering which I'd never encountered before.10/10Kid-friendliness: Very child friendly. The staff went out of their way to speak to the children especially our youngest who was a little fractious towards the end.Dietary restrictions: Dietary restrictions and allergies were asked about when ordering.

Stumbled upon this cafe on our little trip into Liskeard, and very glad we found it as it was an absolute gem! The staff were lovely and very attentive, gave it such a warming atmosphere. There was so much choice on the menu and all the bits we had were very tasty, including the milkshakes (we're always on the hunt for a good milkshake ?) We'll definitely come back if we find ourselves in Liskeard again!
