After a quiet day on the beach, we found this lovely cafe on the walk back to the campsite, plenty of seating was available. We had a cream tea which was probably one of the best we had whilst in Cornwall, service was great and very reasonably priced. I would certainly recommend and go back to when in this area. ?

Really poor cheese and salad sandwich. Bought 2 sandwiches to eat on the beach. The lady who served me was nice and friendly. She checked with me that I was OK with ciabatta bread rolls for the sandwiches, which I was. However, what I wasn't OK with, was the rolls were those part-baked ones and she didn't bother to bake them before making the sandwich. Disgusting and very expensive!

Lovely food, friendly service. We ordered take away from here on 22nd August after a great day on the beach.Wandered up about 6.45pm, food for 9 of us cooked to order in under 30 mins.Fish and chips were delicious (chef quite right to be proud of the batter!)which most of us had.Loaded fries and pizza also very good. The lovely lady who served us ran after us as the chef realised he had forgotten one of our chips! Took our food to the beach and ate it watching the sunset We will be back next year!

Beware Sharon the Karen. Found some broken glass in the car park behind the cafe and politely asked them to dispose of it as a danger to car park users. Request refused impolitely, so I left the bottles out of harms way for collection by the site cleaner. At this point Sharan the Karen attacked haranguing me for being a lazy tourist and telling me she was going to write an article about me in the local newsletter. Nasty fish wife. Cafe is ok nothing better.

I think the owner of this business should spend more time on customer service training than responding to all of the terrible reviews on trip advisor. The manager ( I think) of this place was thoroughly unpleasant, rude and aggressive to myself and my husband today and I wouldn’t go back there if you paid me.

Friendly staff, fair options for vegetarian at the beach and the veg burger was served hot and was really good. Also tried the pastries which were nice. There is good sit out area and family had good time after tiring play at beach.

Great spot to stop. Great food and drink, dog friendly. Located close to the beach. Friendly staff, decent prices. We always call in when at the beach and we always get ice cream. Well worth a visit.

Excellent spot without seagull disturbance. 10/10 breakfast and service. What else is left to say? ?

We had our breakfast here while visiting Crantock Beach. The experience wasn’t nice even though the food was good. The lady in the counter wasn’t friendly, we didn’t feel welcomed! It felt like she was inconvenienced by us being there. Staff were impolite, no one came to us checking if we need anything or if the food was okay!Very disappointed. Would not recommend!!!!

We popped in here a couple of times for cream teas and breakfast. Dog friendly outside and inside when we visited. Friendly efficient service and very useful that it opens at 9am as we could get breakfast here Sunday morning before travelling home.

This review is for the beachcomber car park. I used this when I visited Crantock Bay last month. The national trust car park is full very early in the morning and so this car park is perfect. It can take quite a few cars and there are stewards there to help you park. £8 all day. Right next to the beach and there’s a cafe on site too.

Horrible car park staff ( ‘In Breeds’) telling me ( down to the minutest degree) how to park MY car. The ‘In Breed’ son needs to understand that the tourists are the ones ‘buttering’ his bread ! At £8 I was pleased to be told to “get off our land” and get my £8 back. Realise you run the cafe BOT the car park BUT this attitude will impact your business if this ‘meet and greet ‘ is allowed to continue.

Having stayed on holiday in Crantock, and the lack of facilities for breakfast on site, a 10 minute walk maximum down the hill to this cute little cafe which catered for all! Can honestly say haven’t had a cooked breakfast like this in such a long time! We came back every day! Thank you so much for catering for us, greeting us with friendly smiles and food to absolutely die for!!
