Cozy little restaurant by the beach, lovely location and amazing food! Shame you have to pay for parking, would be good for paying customers to be excused. Some of the best seafood we've ever had. Recommend the sea bass and linguine, reasonably priced. Recommend!

Absolutely superb food. Everything was so fresh and piping hot. Delicious starters and they even accommodated a request to inc spaghetti in the main dish, seafood combo for me, and husband’s steak was melt in the mouth delicious. Extremely friendly staff, excellent service and the Chef should definitely apply for Masterchef Thank you so much, we will be back.Parking: We parked around the corner just off the main street.

We had a fantastic breakfast here. Quality was superb with delicious thick bacon. Service was first class. Exceptional value for money. The decaf tea was good too. What more could you ask for on a cold and sunny morning perfect to set you up for walking along the beautiful Newquay coast.

Booked a last minute stay with sea views, on arrival the lady at the reception was friendly and welcoming. She was quick to give us the information we would need to have a comfortable stay. I was impressed with the room and hospitality. I like that it was quiet but close enough to walk to the beaches and food spots. Highly recommend.

Small taproom of a local brewery on the Newquay’s main road. Very friendly place, relaxed service, lots of choices in terms of beer (draught and also a big fridge full of cans). Food was amazing - especially the loaded fries (Mexican style), the spicy wings and the fried halloumi with honey. A must visit place if in the area.

We came here at the beginning of March 2024 and was absolutely overwhelmed by the service and the food was absolutely amazing. We sat in the conservatory was was a fabulous atmosphere.Unfortunately we came again on Friday 15th March and was totally a different atmosphere. The food was not the best my chips were thick sliced and white undercooked and very hard, my husband chose the mash which was also hard and not creamy as said on menu. The waitress sat us in the pub restaurant opposite the big front door which was continually being opened shut for smokers and which we were very cold there and honesty couldn’t wait to go home. Also when we arrived in the pub we got our drinks as we were early and were delighted with an old lady continuous bad foul language every few minutes which was awful and she was very loud. The service also was not good at all we waited awhile for more drinks but no staff to be found. As I say couldn’t fault the first visit and much preferred the conservatory and atmosphere. We paid over £100 for our steak meal which wasn’t the best. But hopefully we will go back as it’s close to where we live and very polite staff.

Great hotel for the price. Not sure what it would be in winter!We used the gym twice which was great!!Spa was also nice but would be better if beds by side of pool but no room. Relaxation room was lush.Bar was lovely. Restaurant was a disappointment..hence losing a star.Room was comfortable. Shower sprayed out all over the place but was manageable ha. Amazing view and lovely location.Bonus no kids!!! I have an 8 year old son. So amazing I can go away for a weekend and not see a kid ?

I came in with my assistance dog. Originally one of the owners said “we only allow dogs outside”. Upon seeing her vest, he apologised greatly and welcomed us with open arms. I cannot fault this cafe. Both employees were so very lovely. The food was impeccable and service incredible. They made me feel so welcome and even asked another customer to politely move slightly further away so my assistance dog could stretch out a little. I was so impressed and I will definitely be going back.

An outstanding regular cod and chip with a portion of curry sauce! I'm down in Newquay on holiday and had heard about Flounders. I'm so glad that I did not miss out on their fish n chips. The lady at the counter was friendly and I had my food within minutes. It was absolutely delicious. Today we went to get the carvery and had a takeaway version, I was pleasantly surprised that you get the same amount in a takeaway as you can on a plate, its still the same help yourself and then they plate the meat, Yorkshire and stuffing and all the rest is what you help your self too, veges, spuds, cauliflower cheese xtra gravy comes in a tub but you can pour it over your food if you want to but the neat it so juicy anyway!!!! Beautiful totally outdone yourselves, great job xx love this place xFood & drinks: Woooooooow, their food is woooooow, succulent, moist, hot, juicy, flavourful, packed full of vibrant colours, crispy, moist yuuuuuummmmmy!!!
