3 members of staff were all laughing at the terrible product I was made then served, they couldn’t care less about product appearance. Rude and poor overall. Perhaps they need an adult manager to manage the place.

Absolutely rubbish, spent £7.50 on a milkshake that was watered down chocolate milk. Don't waste your money, doesn't not represent B&J any good.

The smallest ice cream available was £3.70.They have a prime location, but this is still a bit excessive. There's not exactly table service with a veranda, it's take away.Also some of the remaining ice creams in the tubs looked a little worse for wear ...Sadly we departed without any and went elsewhere.

Couldn’t wait to visit here whilst on holiday in Newquay as we don’t have a Ben & Jerry’s store anywhere near us at home! Treated myself to a tub with three flavours, and it was SO yummy. Will be back again before we leave!

I was served by this young girl (with dark brown hair) on Saturday she was very helpful and informative about all the flavours made our visit very pleasant

Absolutely disgraceful service, we got ushered out of the que like animals. From what we could see the prices where seriously crazy (even more than normal). If you want Ben and Jerry’s I recommend londis 2 doors down (£3.75 for a whole tub in comparison to the £4 a scoop at this shop) :)

Utterly dreadful!!!! Went there 21:30 hours, and was turned away and said they were stopping service. The times says they shut at 22:00 hours not good enough false advertisement !!!! All I wanted was a simple 2 scoop double brownie cone .
