This branch is pretty sad, the screens to order don't work. I was a bit concerned that the staff were assembling the food, handling the salad etc with no gloves. I didn't get given a receipt when I paid for my food, number was called out but didn't know it was for my order as no receipt was given to me. However, the vegan options are very nice! But it states regular fries with my meals as per my receipt, but as seen in the image, I was given 2 small portions instead.

Food overall was horrible. 4 of the 9 onion rings were cooked ages ago and they were not edible, looked like stones. Bacon on the loaded chips was expired a while providing a rancid flavour and the mayonnaise on the burger was also rancid.I have been in lot of burger king's around the world but this is the worst quality one by

Ordered earlier today and i was severely disappointed in my food, i ordered a double bacon cheeseburger XL and the bacon cheese loaded fries for starters i was underwhelmed by the size of the burger what they claim is XL but mostly disappointingly my double bacon CHEESEburger arrived with no cheese which made it taste kind of bland, the fries themselves were good but the bacon was cut so fine and small as if they only used one ration for loaded fries similar story with the cheese barely any on their at all i might’ve well just ordered plain fries

Ordered almost £30.00 worth of meals from here earlier this afternoon and we are all disappointed with the quality of the food, particularly the fact that the Whoppers were at best lukewarm and at worst stone cold. All 3 lots of chips were far too salty but also cold. The only element that was hot was a box of chicken nuggets. This is really poor, there were only 2 people in the restaurant already seated when we ordered so absolutely no excuse to have stone cold food. We had a 2 minute walk back to our car in appalling weather and the poor weather is the only reason we didn't go back to the restaurant and complain. The new member of staff was perfectly pleasant and the only good thing about the experience, we shall not be returning as this was a total waste of money and reflects the other experiences we have had from this branch where food is cold no matter what time of day it is ordered.

burger king who dont have fizzy drinks, because 2 machines are broken in same time lying staff a piss take try charge me more for meal without drink because they dont have it unbelievableKid-friendliness: kids love that place

Burger King in Newquay opens at 10 am on a Saturday.....except IT DOESN'T!!!! Please do not ever skip breakfast before heading off for the train at 10:20 thinking you have time to grab a burger and a coffee because in reality you will be stood outside a locked door watching the main guy, I assume the manager, sniffing food in the back before he notices you, then still continues to dither and mess about while giving you a glance now and again. Then a young woman appears at the til...great, they will be opening? Nope, she looks clueless and the assumed manager shows her something then wanders off while she still looks clueless. You are still stood outside in the wind and the rain continually checking the time and looking to see if the train is in yet. You glimpse a younger lad in the back and a young woman appears from behind the counter with her coat and shoulder bag still on and wanders off somewhere. 10 minutes go by and you see people moving on the station so know your train is in. No point risking waiting any longer as even if the doors open it's very doubtful that any food will be ready, plus the guy sniffing the produce pretty much put us off anyway. Seriously, don't bother, they are on another planet in there.

Shocking, very rundown. We wanted nice cool drink with our meal, told all soft drinks machines broken, asked for water, given warm bottles not even see a fridge, toilets dirty, hand dryers broken. Won't be coming back that for sure.

Shocking wait time for a core menu item. Arrived cold and missing components! They don't do ice cream or milkshakes which for a sea front location is frankly insane. Sure you can get a milkshake in other vendors but I was looking to make the most of the meal function. I didn't see the staff use the salt shaker once in the 25 mins I waited for my dbl burger and fries... and the chips were cold, unsalted and unappetising. The burger was lukewarm and missing onions. I understand the staff aren't paid to care, but I'm paying for an expected standard (granted it is not a high standard) but missing the mark by a mile.
