Best Mexican restaurant we've been to in a long while . Good food,good prices,excellent cocktails. Staff really helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Great food and truly lovely staff. We‘re looking forward to our return visit - thank you all.P.S. the mock-tails were amazing and the kids menu was very cheap considering the high quality of food.Dietary restrictions: We asked for moderations to be made to the food and it was no problem at all.Kid-friendliness: Our kids loved it. I have to admit our teenager, who is a fussy eater, really enjoyed the food and the service.

I can only think the 5star “exellent” reviews were written by rowdy youths that seem to enjoy this place. I had the chicken fajitas consisted of 5 tiny damp rubbery tortillas, a small dish of liquid avocado, diced tomatoes, an watery sour cream. The bland chicken was served on a warm skillet with soggy green peppers, onions and wait for it….. MUSHROOMS!!!. There was no seasoning or flavour, it was more like budget chicken stew. My wife a sort of chilli dish served in a odd tasting crispy tortilla dish! The steak chunks were chewy and the sauce was uninspired, Add one bottle of Desperado and one bottle of Ginger beer and it came to over £40. Avoid.

Genuinely shocked how bad this place is. Took an hour and 45 minutes for our mains to come out (15 mins longer than our table reservation). A half muttered apology and as we were leaving the supervisor chased us out and squared up to us. I’m genuinely shocked. What the actual hell?

The restaurant was good if you picked the right food . Ribs and fajitas were v good , chimichanga average at best . Staff v friendly and good service . Cocktails were sensibly priced and v good .Tip the staff with cash not via a cardIt does stop serving at 9pm

Well despite the reviews we still wanted to try this place ? and not disappointed either, food is fine and tasty if maybe just a little expensive but when your not cooking it's a bonous. Staff are very pleasant and cheerful and the atmosphere and music was perfect, I'll be going back.

Been to Newquay every year since 2015 and this is the first time I've tried the place. I wasn't disappointed. In fact we had quite a big meal. When we got in there was only 1 other table, but it was only 18.30! We both had starters and a main. Food came out quick & hot. I tried My fellas crayfish as it was my first time eating it, bloody lovely! And loads of it. I had jalapeño peppers, which was very nice. Then our mains came out, both had chilli burrito & twisters, far too many twisters, could cut down on the portion side for that! We both left very full and very happy. Staff were lovely too. When we left 50 mins later the place was full!
Very friendly staff and very helpful. Accommodated us even though we hadn’t booked and were a chef down ! Lovely welcome. The food was top of the range and all the meals we saw were outstanding. Highly recommended if you’re in Newquay!

We had the chicken wings which seemed under cooked and smothered in sauce . Cheese garlic bread was greasy . And we had steak fajitas which didn't have much flavour and the steak was chewey and the chicken fajitas also didn't have much flavour and not much chicken. For what we had we felt it was quite pricey and over priced.Very disappointed ?

We ate at senior Ds and the food was amazing. Fajitas and a surf and turf. They forgot to add the prawns, apologised and swiftly sorted it. Staff were really helpful and responsive.

We went out for a family meal with 2 young children they did everything they could for us they took the push chair for you and put it out of the way of the table to give us more room they did not rush us to take are order and all of the waiting staff were very helpful and nice the food was really tasty and came out in good time but we did have a few little problems one of the tacos were cold when it came out ( the other 2 were hot) and when I told the manager she was really rude and stuck her finger in it in front of use and told me to look as it wasn’t cold she then told she better get other one made then when the new one came out it was piping hot and delicious the. When we paid the bill the over charged us then when we told the manager about this she said it was there new summer menu witch Hasn’t been updated on there tills yet.

Been here many many times over the years with group bookings & couples booking, can't fault the friendly atmosphere, food is great. Try the hot hot sauce but becareful with it ??.Plenty beers on draught too rtc. No shortage of Cocktails.Give it a try, you won't be disappointed (may need to book though In the summer period).
