Apparently ice cream is beautiful , staff on the other hand leave a lot to be desired.My children's father has throat cancer and has had his voice box removed and speaks through a prosthesis which a young rude insensitive girl (staff) found hilarious to the point had to keep her head down through laughing .This was 2/7/23 around 3.15pm aged around 15yrs old with brown hair , she will remember her behaviour and so will other staff as a complaint was made at the time .As the complaint was made another member of staff / owner claimed she was laughing at tick tok this was total lie and she had no phone in her hand , as she saw him walk back to the shop as a seagull pinched his first ice cream the young girl started laughing behind the owners / staff members back , let me say he is not paranoid and doesn't get things wrong he's the type of man who sees the good in everyone , this must of really upset him for him to mention it .Let me say he was having a weekend away with a friend a much needed weekend away while he is feeling relatively well as his diagnosis is terminal.To hear he had been made to feel so awful has upset a lot of people especially his nearest and dearest , I would like to have ten minutes with this young girl myself to teach her a few life lessons .There but for the grace of God hey !I suggest you go on a cancer unit for a day and see how funny having cancer is ! I would be ashamed to call you my daughter your parents obviously never taught you empathy and you really should NOT be working with the publicShame on you madam .

I visited last summer and the milkshake would lovely and so were all of the staff. I purchased a piece of their bottle top art work and have been trying to purchase another one but can’t seem to find the Etsy account which they are sold on.

Brilliant! Just polished off a vanilla latte and honeycomb ice cream. Now enjoying a lovely coffee on the balcony. Great staff, very friendly, and Catherine makes the ice cream herself. It's phenomenal. You can even have it in a real bowl with a proper spoon to save the whales! Would come again.
