The positives are friendly staff, good clean rooms, and a great location. A disabled parking space was reserved for me as requested (in a very tight car park).The negatives are I booked a quiet room away from the road and ended up being put in a room (68) within a couple of feet of the road. Constant traffic noise. The hotel were unable to move me.Please note that not all the rooms have lift access which is not at all clear from the website. The first room I was allocated was up two flights of stairs which was a bit thoughtless given I had booked a disabled parking space! It was also a hike from the room to the hotel restaurant.Please also note that if, as a resident, you want to eat in the hotel you will have to book well in advance of your arrival date. The hotel does not keep back restaurant tables for hotel residents.The food in the Living Room was good but I was served a dish that contained an ingredient I was allergic to that I had told the restaurant staff about. The hotel was very apologetic and gave me a free meal. That said I would very happily have paid for the meal if it meant I could have avoided the allergic reaction than that followed it!It's also of note that the hotel attracts many guest with both small children and dogs. Probably not the best place to stay if you are looking for a quiet time.

Had a great stay, comfortable beds ,bathrooms beautiful .the breakfast buffet is fantastic best ever,great service in there and coffee.Reception team very knowledgeable and helpfulHad amazing massage and facial with Meagan in the spa ,can’t wait to return to this lovely hotelThe beach hut for food was fantastic best burger and moules ever and vegan option was really good

Amazing location right at the beach! Most facilities in the hotel overlook the beach and ocean. We even saw dolphins! Beautiful sunsets. Wonderful for families with small children since some childcare is included. Pool, hot tub, lots of chill areas inside and outside. Very welcoming to little children.2 out of the 3 restaurants offer a rather average menu (especially considering the prices!) and the sauna wasn’t working for the full 6 days we weren’t there and no gestures offered. Other than those two points, it was a wonderful stay.Oh and there are lots of dogs! Lots! Make what you want of that ;)

We visited the Beach Hut, so good we went twice!Food & drinks: Beach Hut cafe is dog friendly and serves excellent food, great staff and superb view and atmosphere. Thoroughly recommend.

Most wonderful place to relax. I came solo to get my head down and work on something specific this time. I’ve been many times before and love this place so much. It’s soooooo chilled. Like a home.

Great. We stay there for our wedding anniversary every year and it never fails to deliver. Rooms are great, spectacular sea views, and the spa is fantastic too.Highly recommend.
