Coffee is great the coffee shop could do with an upgrade. I have visited much more appealing Starbucks. Mainly the newer outlets.

went within opening times (5pm) was shut before it should be as a note on door said shuts at 7:30. if your going to shut put it on the website. Waste of time and fuel.

I always love coming here, and I brought my friend here for the first time yesterday and we both had an amazing experience. I would always recommend coming here to anyone who's had a hard morning shopping because it's a good opportunity to have a nice hot beverage and relax. The staff are always very friendly, welcoming and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I can't wait to bring my friend with me again, and looking forward to sampling more of the delicious cakes and drinks on offer.

Service was fine but there was NO CAKES. And it was takeaway only. A very poor experience. Not sure why there was no cakes at all and with 3 staff it was take away only?

Always closing early so can't go off of the opening hours, or doing takeaway only which isn't suitable when only situated next to shops you can't take drinks into. Some of the staff are really good, although the man with dark hair who wears a cap sometimes is quite rude and makes it seem a bother to serve you.

Got Coconut hot chocolate today, sunday. by the time we drove of and left the very busy premises, I noticed it was watered-down hot chocolate, tasted very unpleasant like water mixed chocolate! didnt go back and I should of gone back! For that price I was expecting what I usualy get at Starbucks! The

Standard starbucks menu, we ordered almond matcha lattes as i do everywhere firstly she gave them to me iced and then i said we ordered them hot , I wasn't met with the nicest look and then we got given semi skimmed milk.didnt discover until back in the car and both weren't drank with sickly
Wasnt impressed, my granddaughter wanted a pink strawberry and coconut and it was like water, couldnt taste any coconut, and just a few flakes of frozen strawberry.Cist 5.75 and was rubbish and grandaughter wouldnt drink it. I wont be coming here again

Ladies toilets were horrible. Looked like they havnt been cleaned properly in months! Had to sanitize my hands after using the door handle
