I always love coming here, and I brought my friend here for the first time yesterday and we both had an amazing experience. I would always recommend coming here to anyone who's had a hard morning shopping because it's a good opportunity to have a nice hot beverage and relax. The staff are always very friendly, welcoming and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The service was quick and easy..Order your food and drinks and move along..Collect at the end by the till..A few tables and comfy chairs.There's a toilet, but one toilet only.There generally tends to be a queue for the toilet as people walk in from the street to use it, so I'd go before you get there !!Generally quite an easy and convenient place to use.

When I visited today the tables and chairs were sticky and had spilled drinks and or food. The young staff more interested in their conversations than serving. My beverage was spilled down the outside of the cup and dripping.
