“Great cafe and amazing food. We ordered Turkish egged and mushroom dish. Both were really good. Ended up having the homemade cakes and it was tasty as well. Definitely recommend.”

“This was the first time we'd been in the restaurant and also the first time we'd tried Polish food. We shared a vegan bigos with bread and butter and it was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back to try more veggie options.”

“Lovely cafe on Market Jew Street just up from the harbour. Originally popped in looking for a Cornish Pasty but then got distracted by breakfast
Options were for Small, Large, and Extra Large. I stuck in the middle instead of choosing the breakfast to match my burgeoning waist line
For £8.75 I was treated to a plate filled with “2 Bacon, 2 Sausage, 2 eggs, 2 hash brown, 2 toast, mushrooms, beans” tomatoes was an option
Alternatively my partner in dine had a more simple plate of Bacon (x3) and Eggs (x2) for just £6.15. I let them have some of my toast, a bit of sausage and a hash brown ?
Very decent breakfast, sausage was excellent, a proper butcher effort. Bacon was cheap but crisped well. Eggs cooked properly although yolks a little pale, generous portion of mushrooms, well prepared beans both standard plate fillers as expected.
Hash browns cheap but crispy, toast a little pale but as used for plate moppage was perfectly acceptable for the job in hand
Definitely would come here again, cheap enough, very friendly and popular amongst the locals which is always a good sign”

“Absolute gem of a place. The staff, especially Lana, were so good. Really understood allergies (the gf scones were sublime and so soft!) and got the orders just right for a very large group. Thank you for a lovely afternoon rest.”

“Recommended, esp the cake!
Dropped in while waiting for a train and needed WiFi for my laptop. Great coffee, amazing cake and no pressure to clear off quickly, very friendly and great vibe.
Prob too noisy for conference calls while working, but that's probably a blessing ;)”
“brilliant little hidden spot. Upstairs cafe only open on Friday + Sat lunchtimes but well worth a visit. Great range of fresh food options including vegan and gluten free dishes. Amazing salads”

“This has become our go to cafe / restaurant in Penzance. The food and coffee are exceptional and the staff very welcoming, sorting delicious sandwiches for us even though we missed the cut-off by a minute or two!
The setting above Penlee Park is fabulous!”
