Very nice and clean restaurant. Good location on the edge of town. Service was very good but one of the waiters needs to go to English classes as he struggled with the lingo. The food was very tasty and well presented, the only reason it is not a 5 star as it could have b n hotter. But overall I really enjoyed it and will be back on my next visit to Penzance.

Had a good meal here with friends, great onion bhaji's, and naan breads. My only comment was that the description on the menu of what we ordered did not seem representative of what turned up. It was all good and tasty, but we were both disappointed with a dish that said sizzling , but clearly was not.

Highly recommend! Visiting for the weekend and saw all the great reviews, very happy to have picked here. Curries were phenomenal and so flavourful. Would 100% recommend and come back if we’re in the area. Thank you

My wife and I are very into good curries and have visited some of the top restaurants in the UK and this place topped the lot by a mile. The food was divine, the atmosphere perfect and the service was beyond description. They timed everything perfectly and even thought to offer an ice bucket for the wine. They aren't licenced but happily allow you to bring your own which saves a huge chunk on the bill.

Bustling atmosphere, A bit loud for me but understandable given the time of year. Extremely polite servers. Great food. Will definitely go again when It is quieter.

Very worthy of the Grade 5 (Excellent) rating.... The food, service and pricing was EXCELLENT. Everyone in our party were very happy with their meals. Well done Little India!!
Initially, we chose a different restaurant in Penzance, based on the fact that they had more reviews than Little India. Well, what a mistake! We walked past, and the inside was completely different to what we had seen online, so we decided to give it a go. It had been refurbished and looked clean, modern and stylish. Service was attentive, welcoming, and friendly from the moment we walked through the door. They were quick, confident, and professional. Food was served quickly and was delicious. Decent selection to choose from. The ambience was lovely, with comfortable lighting and seating. Whilst the food was lovely, the service and staff were what really shone through. I would have expected more reviews considering it was so busy. If you are looking for an Indian restaurant, don't hesitate to visit Little India.

We stayed at Premier inn which is opposite Little India. We had dinner there one evening. Great food and service. Waiter was very friendly. Very clean. We love curry, and would highly recommend Little India Penzance. Will visit again next time we are down that way.

Oh my, what a lovely evening. Three generations (from 10 to 75) eating out for a big birthday and we were treated with some much care and attention. The food was delicious. The recommendations were spot on. Nothing was too much trouble and lots of smiles. Couldn't fault it. Thank you.

Confusing on TA as a different address is given but the map clearly shows this place is at 52 Market Jew Street Penzance very close to the railway station. Even more confusing its called Little India outside and on the bill. But when you pay by card you get a receipt which calls it Light of Bengal with the same address so whats going on ? Anyway no menu shown outside which there should be, just a takeaway meal leaflet which is not the same price. And when you get the final bill there is a " Discretionary Gratuity charge of 10% ", Not mentioned outside or on the menu which it should be. Decent meal of chicken tikka biryani. Clean and tidy place with good toilets. But watch the prices !
