Well I don't know if anyone from McDonald's actually reads any if the reviews but I would just like to say a BIG BIG thank you for the cup of brown coloured water that I purchased from the Penzance outlet today I believe that whoever dispensed the drink must have put the cup near to the spout on the machine and then thought "oh no he wanted a cup of hot water with perhaps a sniff of chocolate" cos that is exactly what I got and by the time I was ready to drink it I was too far up the road to turn around. Top marks for expecting repeat visits oh wait a moment next time I want to spend time and money to tip something down the drain I will definitely be back

At busy times, parking is a problem. Would advise net pre-order and pick up on drive-through.

Tried to use drive through ordering, but was ignored by staff who served the vehicle behind me first. When I pointed this out they offered no apology and said they 'couldn't see me on screen'. Left without ordering because so disgusted by attitude.

Me and a couple of friends hit the dual carriageway on our bikes to PZ Maccies for a coffee ☕️?Parking: If its packed, you want find a spot because they do have a small car park. However there is a drive thru and the Penzance Promenade is just down the road ?Kid-friendliness: Packed with families when I usually visit, so sit outside on the benches.Wheelchair accessibility: Just walk right up to the door using the crossing and head on in ?

A very busy McDonald conveniently situated at the entrance to Penzance. Ideal to eat in or have a takeaway

Wrong and tepid at best....everytime I ask for no onion or tomato I get made to wait and once I'm home the orders wrong AGAINTake a leaf out of Hayles ideology, they're great and fresh.

Very busy at the time. Half term. Lots of families. Good to see. Hardly posh grub but say this for McDonald's. Not greasy.

Today's trip ended with a burnt bun on a happy meal and getting told if they do another it most likely come out the same and as for playing monopoly out of all meals brought only fries had the stickerAlso one burger was suppose to be onion free had onion on top of the bun all in all not really a good visit today

Fries could have been hotter, and the Deluxe Vegetarian meal didn't have enough sauce, and the Burger thing was too spicy for my liking. I won't buy that again. Overall atmosphere was ok.

It's McDonald's food wise so not a lot to say but the service used to be a lot better than it is now - whatever happened to a 'welcome to McDonald's' all we got was ' what can I get you ' like we were an inconvenienceStill it's McDonald's isn't it I guess it is what it is

Always a poor experience. Same group owns a few and they're all awful all the time. Nice when I am up the line at a proper McDonalds
