Actual screening room floor full of old popcorn, drinks containers and other used items. Had to ask for floor and seats cleaned before we could sit down, but this was done promptly and 100% the fault of previous customers.

Probably one of the best Merlin Cinemas in Cornwall. The staff are so friendly and the cinema itself is always clean. The adjoining restaurant serves great food at a reasonable price. It's good you can take a pint into the screen too. During the past few times people have been on their phones at various points in the film, it would be good if the team could try to crack down on some of these people as it is quite distracting.

Visited the cinema tonight 16/1/23. The Manager ( sorry didn't catch his name) was extremely friendly and offered us a really good deal with our tickets. Screen 3 was mostly full and he bought another chair to accommodate us. Well done. Excellent customer service.

Cinema was clean and staff are always nice. The chairs are fairly squeaky though which was a pain. The volume of the movie masked it mostly though.

Took my son and some of his friends for the mini merlin show, £2.50 a ticket such excellent value. We all really enjoyed it. Very comfortable seating, spotlessly clean throughout and staff all helpful and friendly upon arrival.
