Sadly need to report my disgust at the (seeming) fact if I forget my 'More' card at the checkout I cannot glean my points either at customer service (who have had that facility removed) or on line. Shame on you, Morrisons, please re-instate that facilty at your stores please for the convenience of loyal customers such as I.

Poor first experience of Morrison's Doorstep Delivery. Purporting to be a service aimed at elderly and vulnerable people, they simply refuse to supply a paper receipt. So those customers who are unable to use a computer, don't have any way of checking their shopping expenditure on delivery.

Nice selection of general produce with the bonus of still having a butcher's counter

5 stars to the friendly lady behind the Deli Counter for giving us a great recommendation, ideal customer service, thank you.

Left two stars as food In cafe was good..however went yesterday at lunchtime, cafe shut...apparently no plates to serve meals on.....returned today, 30 minute wait for hot food, ok I'll wait.... ..today no knives and forks.....for heaven's sake.....then after the wait for cutlery and the wait for food...the ladies toilet was closed due to a leak...and the disabled toilet Also broke...got into car and went to Tesco to use the loo..maybe I should have got my lunch there too..I probably will next time

Great fruit and veg section, fresh food at good prices, there’s needs to be more Morrisons around as they always have good food with good offers. As an added bonus the fuel prices are always lower than the average.

Breakfast here was great and lovely cafe staff. However the management obviously need some training in people skills. After the online ordering system let them down (once again) he was overheard talking rudely about my partner. No need for this as this was an issue of theirs and not my partners. Can tell it wouldn’t be a nice place to work.

We ate in the instore cafe on 16thSeptember whilst on holiday, we hadnever visited before and will nevervisit again, the cafe was filthy withtables stacked with dirty plates, cups etc, there was food stuck tothe cutlery we actually watched acustomer clear and clean their owntable, all 3 of us had fish and chipswhich can only be described asdisgusting, the fish was all batter, the chips were barely warm andneither were the mushy peas, wewould normally have sent it straightback but we had already waited anextremely long time and did notwant to wait again, The wholeexperience of eating in this cafeJust made us feel sick and I thinkthey seriously need a visit fromhealth and hygiene

Very poor customer service. Discrimination at checkout. Ended up leaving unfortunately, although we were looking forward to eating in the cafe. Wouldn’t visit again.

Used Morrisons for my starting point for the day. Cooked breakfast before getting snacks for the day ahead.
