Visited this place during our holiday in Cornwall. The restaurant is situated right next to the picturesque Penzance harbour. Plenty of seating inside and outside. And there is a big parking area just across the road.We sat just right next to the window and the view was amazing. As a starter we ordered Humous and mixed olives which came with warm toasted artisan bread and dressed leaves. And as a main course we ordered Homemade beef lasagne and Battered Cornish fillet of fish & chips with peas. The food options were amazing and it all was incredibly well-presented as well as tasting delicious. The only thing that we were disappointed about that we had to wait 45 mins to get our order, as a tourist we already had plans to visit few places and loosing that much time wasn’t very helpful.Overall it was good experience but it could have been better.

Lovely breakfast this weekend. Picture attached is of “The Big Bay” - was absolutely delicious. We were served by Jolie who was just lovely. Thank you. We’ll definitely be back.

When I visited with the family extremely rude owners who did not take criticism well. In addition, they spoke to a young staff member poorly, causing the poor waitress to cry. This is unacceptable behavior in any workplace and can create a hostile environment for employees and customers alike. Moreover, the food was awful, which is disappointing for any restaurant. The chef/owner made you feel threatened, which is not only unprofessional but can also be frightening. It's understandable that you would not want to return to this restaurant after such an experience. Overall, it's important for any business to treat their customers and employees with respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, this restaurant failed to provide either, and as a result, they have lost a potential customer.

Avoid like the plague. This place needs closing down as their food hygiene standards are extremely worrying. Much nicer places around, don’t waste your money here. Very rude owners who treat staff appallingly. Been once and never again.

Disgusting food was cold and when I approached staff I was ignored you could hear the staff all stood together talking and had horrible language laughing and shouting we weren’t checked on once asked twice for a drink refill that I didn’t get but was still charged for and he really was rude and not happy because he was told to remove it there are so many lovely fish restaurants near by don’t waste your money here

Went here for Lunch on the first day off our holiday. Good parking outside ( Pay and display parking ) There was seating both inside and okay. Good views of the beach if you sit inside, however a wall of sitting outside. I have a vegetarian lasagna with garlic bread and salad. Food was good. There was a gluten-free carrot cake which was also nice. The toilets are down 2 sets of stairs. The service was good and the people were nice. 3 stars as the table beside us, and In front of us was filled with dirty plate. We were there for around an hour and a half but they weren’t cleaned away. It weren’t overly busy. But overall was a nice visit.

Came here for breakfast with my friend, I ordered the vegetarian breakfast and he ordered the big bay breakfast, it wasn’t very busy in there, only 2 other tables. The waitress was lovely and the food was cooked to perfection, the wait was a little slow but when there’s one chef in the kitchen you absolutely have to expect that! Obviously the view was gorgeous, you can look right out at the sea, I would go back again as long as I’m not on a time crunch

A beautiful place on the coast of England. There was lots of seating and a lovely view of the ocean. Staff was great. I had a tuna fish sandwich, which was delicious and creamy.

The food was excellent. My fish was beautifully cooked. Even more amazing than the food was the way they accommodated my neurodiverse children. Staff were friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.
