Best curry I've had in a long time! Lamb was outstanding & so was the tarka daal. Great work chef!

Thought I'd try a take away , went for the mixed biriyani , the lamb was so chewy I couldn't eat it and the 1 king prawn was chewy and white , the veg curry was so runny it was tasteless , which I hadn't bothered now and saved my £12.95 !My curry was swimming in grease also , worst curry I've ever had !!

Our regular Indian takeaway wasn’t open, so we tried Red Chilli.This is definitely going to be our new regular. It was the best Dansak I’ve had and the onion bhaji were amazing too, and massive.All four of us said that we preferred our meals to what we normally have from our old regular.Thanks Red Chilli, we will be back for sure ?

Ordered a takeaway. Total cost £53. The chicken tikka and sheek were a generous portion but very dry. The onion bharji was excellent. But what was unforgivable was that I ordered a king prawn starter which was fine and a king prawn dhansak. I only ever eat king prawn in Indian restaurants. The dhansak was just ordinary prawns like you get in a chinese restaurant, and a pretty miserable portion at that. When I rang to query this, they tried to argue that today's delivery was smaller than usual king prawns. Even when I pointed out that the starter was correct and was king prawn thet continued to argue that they really were king prawnsl. King prawns are actually Languistines and are quite different from prawns. The photo shows that they are prawns

Excellent food. The best sag paneer we've ever had. The main curries were slightly less spicy than I've had elsewhere. Friendly staff. No alcohol served but you can bring a bottle in.
We had chicken chum chum, tikka masala and naga masala plus starters and sides. It all tasted very good and the portion sizes were large. The only slight downside was the sauces were a little thin but don’t let that put you off.I was greeted by a delivery driver, paid a girl who I assume was the normal waiting staff but then she disappeared into the kitchen leaving me stood with the delivery guy. He left and another delivery driver appeared, it was her that handed me the food after a time so I had no real contact with staff and was left isolated in the dining area. But I was looking for a meal not a conversation so I will likely return.

A group of us ordered a variety of dishes and all were delicious. We enjoyed the wonderful food, helpful and friendly staff and cozy atmosphere.

A Few years ago this place did not have a great reputation but today it’s got to be one of my favourite Indians in Penzance and it’s on my doorstep (which could be a problem ?) all dishes are so tasty, service is fab, waitresses helpful with menu choice and prices are as good as they get….Well done Red Chilli keep doing what you do ??

We stumbled upon this little gem one Monday evening and decided to pop in. So glad that we did, the food was amazing and the the portions so generous that even my husband couldn't finish it all. The food was tasty, not too spicy and the staff were so helpful and friendly. It's a bring your own alcohol place but we were happy to have just water which was free ?

I have been having take away from this restaurant for months now and I'm not afraid of trying something new so have been through most of the menu and must say I have been flabbergasted at how they can make each meal so unique. I have eaten Currys all over the country and haven't ever had such a flavour experience in every single meal I have had from these wonderful chefs.such clean and wonderful flavours and ingredients. I feel so lucky to have this restaurant in delivery distance and look forward to having more and more. Reasonably priced for such quality. Thank you all at Red chilli Penzance x
