“It's been a couple of years since we were last in the Polgooth Inn, and it just keeps getting better. Still the same great pub / restaurant that it was before, with huge portions of wonderful food (chilli beef nachos to start, fish and chips, fishcakes and sticky toffee pudding was our choices) , served in a vibrant Friday night atmosphere. And, excellent value for money at less than £90 including 4 alcoholic drinks). Our server was a delight, and whilst I cant recall her name, she had walked 18,000 steps that day, showing how busy the venue was ! See you again on our next trip to Cornwall. A firm favourite everytime.”
