Ricketts Rd, Polgooth, InnBooked for Mother’s Day and it was good. You definitely get your moneys worth. Big portions which everyone loves. I had the nachos to start, then the fish and chips for mains. The fish tasted so fresh!! With a light and crispy batter. It was a tad bit to oily but you would expect that. Dessert was good but it wasn’t what was listed. My chocolate fondant was lovely and gooey whilst my partners wasn’t. Also the crème brûlée wasn’t a crème brûlée. It was more like a chocolate ganache. A crème brûlée is suppose to be a cold custard base with Demerara sugar blow torched to become a crispy film on top. Maybe they just need to change it in the menu so people don’t get confused. But other than that it was good. Cocktails were also amazing!! The service was amazing had a lovely, very attentive girl serve us!! Would come back again.
