I know its Superbowl Sunday but a 2hr wait for food is 100% unacceptable. It's friggen pizza. Be responsible and hire competent management and staff up vs make lame ass excuses people are waiting 3 to 4 hours.. You guys suck

A Delightful Turnaround with Domino's on Decatur and Blue Diamond Rd After a less-than-stellar experience with another franchise, I decided to give Domino's on Decatur and Blue Diamond Rd a try, and I'm so glad I did! Right off the bat, the pizza itself was a pleasant surprise - it was cooked to perfection, with ingredients that were well-proportioned, making the pizza not only look appetizing but taste delicious as well. What stood out to me, apart from the quality of the pizza, was the effort put into the delivery service. The drivers parked a considerate distance away from the store, which I found to be thoughtful and professional. Upon entering the store, the warmth and friendliness of the employees were immediately noticeable, making the pick-up process that much more welcoming. Additionally, I was impressed by the abundance of condiments available - the pepper and Parmesan cheese options were plentiful, allowing for that perfect custom finishing touch to their pizzas. Overall, this Domino's location on Decatur and Blue Diamond Rd has earned my loyalty as one of the better places to order from. The combination of great food, considerate delivery practices, and a welcoming store atmosphere has truly set them apart. Thank you for such a positive experience. I'm already looking forward to my next order!

I just had the worst experience at this location. Placed a prepaid online order at 10am for curbside pickup at 11:30am. I arrive on time and as I'm waiting in the parking lot I receive a call at 11:30am from the manager telling me they are going to cancel my order because on Monday, Wednesday's, and Fridays they cater to schools first and don't accept any other orders. So for those of you who don't know (since it's not listed anywhere on their site) now you know. And they also open at 11AM - NOT 10am like it's listed on here.My main frustration is they did not call me until pickup time to inform me of this. Mind you, I am on a lunch break at work and I'm picking up lunch for other people so my time was very limited. Now I'm in the parking lot calling around other locations trying to find an alternative- thankfully the Dominos on Rainbow and Windmill came to save the day - spoke with the GM Adrian - and he was able to get my order in right away so as soon as I arrived it was ready for me.

I was having a bad day and when I saw this location was still open for another 10 mins I figured I'll call and try to place an order. Ezra picked up the phone and said no problem, we'll have that ready for you! I was amazed of how quickly they made my pepperoni stuffed bread! It was delicious!! Again, Ezra went above and beyond to ensure I was happy my order!Excellent customer service by far! Well love

WORST SERVICE! We placed our order at 6:30 (1 large pizza, a small pasta, 8 count wings, and liter coke) and didn't get it delivered till 8:45. When we placed our order it said it would be an hour. At 7:30, we called and got the most monotonous employee who seemed to careless about the whole situation. He said that the food was on the heating rack and they were waiting for the delivery driver. When our food was delivered, they completely forgot our coke; the delivery driver was very kind and went back to get it for us. EVERY single item of food was ice cold. So after 2 hours, we received cold food. When calling back, they said that the delivery drivers don't go back for drinks, but they can send us a coupon for a free pizza. I honestly would rather have my order refunded because the food was disgusting to eat to the point where we didn't even eat it. Bad food, bad delivery time, bad customer service.

Ordered pizzas on 12/9/23 online. Waited several hours and it never showed up. Called the store and the phone line was off the hook for a few hours. At almost 11:30pm I finally got through and they said there whole system went down and I would be getting a refund. Waited the 3 business days for my refund and never received that. Called the store, got hung up on multiple times and again said they were having system problems 4 days later. Went into the store and spoke to the "GM" TJ, he says "he can't find my info in the system, he's only been the GM for 2 days and oh well he can't help". They literally stole my money. They are thieves! Calling corporate did nothing because there is no live operator that I can ever get a hold of.

I am leaving 5 stars because we order from there probably 15 times a year. I ordered 2 pizzas and it took an hour and a half before we received our pizza. Called the store and the refunded my whole order. Kuddos to that store manager.Usually this store is amazing and our food is always good and hot. Not happy with my order at all, the pizza itself was terrible when my son picked it up to eat it the toppings slid off, not only this but there was a hair in the pizza! It's disgusting!

Shocking service! I placed an order for delivery, and they phoned within ten mins to say they are busy and could I collect. I explained that I couldn’t. They asked me if if was happy with over an hour’s wait and I said that’s okay. Half an hour later I checked on the app and my order had been cancelled without anyone telling me. Two hungry children here and my order has been paid for, and no food on its way. Brilliant. Nice work Dominos.

Always really happy with the quality and very impressed with the speed of delivery. Everything it's come through with a 40-45 min estimate, for the pizzas to be delivered within 15-20 mins! Fantastic speed of delivery, and one happy

We placed an online order for pizza and breadsticks and a salad. The website stated deliver time was 20 minutes. The delivery took 85 minutes. The driver was sorry for the long wait time and said if we had an issue go online to contact support. When we got our food, the pizza was not even warm. You couldn't eat the breadsticks. The salad was warm from sitting out or in the delivery bag for so long. It was horrible. I went online and sent a message via their website. The next day, corporate reached out and said the manager would contact me to address the issue. After a week, I wrote back to corporate letting them know ow no one has contacted me. They emailed me back saying they would send another note to the store. It's been over a month and no response from the store. I'm seeing this more and more with businesses. Clearly they care less about their customers, and more about making a dollar.
