Disappointed with the new faceless look and feel when not using the drive thru. It's not inviting at all but seems to be a new direction in many of its outlets. Maccys doesn't need to be personal obviously.

Every time I come here, the drive thru takes up to half an hour, worst layout of a carpark ever. ALSO WHERES MY DAMN SAUCE?! EVERYTIME I ORDER MOZZERELLA STICKS WITH SALSA AND YOU NEVER GIVE ME THE F'ING DIP!!! DO YOU GUYS GET A BONUS FOR NOT GIVING OUT DIP? ITS ON THE BLOODY RECEIPT. You should hire just a dip person who is solely incharge of making sure people get their dip, cos the mozerella sticks taste like feet with out the dip.

We waited 15 mins for food in restaurant when we got it everything was cold and thrown
3rd time in 2 weeks I’ve had something left out of my order!!! Sick of going back to get food I paid for. I should have learned to check everytime since the last 2 times but I thought this would have been made aware by management as I can imagine I’m not the only one having this problem!! Won’t be going back to this McDonald’s anymore I’d rather go further knowing I’m gonna get my food without having to ask if they forgot something.

Standard mcdonalds, the food was quite cold, the service was slow, and other than the fact it was super late and I wanted something to eat that wasn't a fridge sandwich, it isn't worth the effort.

Ordered two breakfasts via the app. No sugar offered with my coffee, had to ask for it. After collecting our food and driving off, we realised that one of the sides was missing and no napkins were provided. We drove back which was annoying, they gave us the missing side (pineapple stick) but no apology offered for the inconvenience.
