Really tasty, reasonably priced food. Had the vegetarian loaded chilli chips which were really nice and tasted homemade.Finished with coffee and cake which was very nice too.Children's play area close by with outdoor seating or you can sit on the other side and watch the alpacas.

My wife and I visited the tearoom with her family earlier today, where we all bought hot drinks and some of us bought food.As there was no signage to the contrary, and the menu choices were limited, we asked the cashier if some of us could eat our packed lunches, and feed the baby in our party whilst we ate our bought lunches, they agreed. A few minutes later, the senior member of staff who was in the kitchen came out, and told our party off for eating packed lunches, stating that because he pays rent on the building, everyone would have to buy food as well to eat there.Unfortunately, this interaction at Twiggy's Tearoom put a damper on the rest of our time there, the food was both of poor quality and value, and some of our utensils weren't clean, which was a futher disappointment.

Great selection of food with visibility of the kids park, cheaper prices than I expected but service incredibly slow... 4 people in front of us in the queue and took 40 minutes just to place our order!!! God only knows how much longer we will have to wait to actually have the food made and brought over...

As well as adopting Merryn today by my son Thomas we also had hot dogs, a pasty and rhe scrumpy handcut chips. Hot choc and tea. All was mire than perfect. Food was so hot we had to wait to eat but that's not a criticism but a fact. Worth the drooling I can tell you. No photos of the food but we'll worth a visit while seeing the owls.

Lots of space with outdoor seating. Only one complaint, service was too slow for my friend.
