Excellent food, I think the linguine was the best I have ever had. Loads of different fish and excellent sizes.

Delicious food, great drinks, great atmosphere, great service. We came here for an evening meal having booked from the M5 on our way to our AirBnB and it did not disappoint. Lovely scallops and bravas to start followed by tuscan shrimps and seafood linguine, washed down with a white rioja. Cornish lime pie and 8Track spiced rum to finish. All fantastic - thoroughly recommended!

Another fantastic visit. Rich has clearly worked hard to establish The Shellfish Deli as a “must visit” eatery in St Agnes. The menu has been extended since our first visit. It’s great. Tonight we had the crab nachos (again) followed by 2 of the new dishes - Seafood Linguine and Seafood Thai Red curry. Both of these dishes were outstanding. We ended the meal with Cornish Lime Pie which was yummy. Rich has created a warm and inviting dining experience. Looking forward to our next visit.

Fabulous seafood place in the centre of the village and offering an excellent choice of shellfish and fish dishes. We stopped for lunch on a wet weekday in half term week in Oct and were met with an excellent menu choice, so much so that we over ordered as we couldnt decide what to leave out. I had the mackerel pate and monk fish thai curry, my wife started with oysters, the chilli prawns and dressed crab. All the dishes were fantastic and my wife (a seafood expert) said the crab was the best she had ever had. The meal was accompanied by local beer and cider, the staff are friendly and attentive and the decor gives that special beach bar feel. Overall superb and we will be back next time we are in Aggie.

Stumbled upon this place completely by accident - and what a gem! We had a lovely relaxed lunch on a Saturday after a long coastal walk; crab nachos, mussels in cider & cream, and scallops in garlic butter & pancetta. All delicious, mostly local and good portions (& thank you for adding the potato salad on the house too). They have loads of great local beers too, wish we were staying longer! We had a really nice chat with the guy in charge and it sounds as if they only took the place over a few months ago - we hope lots more people pop in like we did, because they’re doing great food with warm, friendly service and they deserve success.

Absolutely fantastic we stayed in Saint Agnes for a week and this place was so good we had to go back on our final night The food does not disappoint local fresh the mussels are out of this world. Scallops and prawns pil pil and the mackerel pate are also top class There is an extensive wine list and local real nails and the owner is a top bloke staff are really friendly It’s a relaxed, laid-back atmosphere, and if I was visiting here again, it will be number one on my pre-booked restaurants

Relaxed family lunch. Kids loved the nachos, we had delicious crabs sliders and sandwich. Loads of different beers to choose from and the Cornish lime pie was lovely!

Warm welcome, lovely front of house. Had crab sub roll. Lovely mix of crab and creme fraiche, however very beige meal. White sub roll crab and crisps. A nice side salad would brighten it up but also make the £12 feel more reasonable. Ate at a nearby restaurant in the evening and for £3 more had a delicious and filling meal.

Lovely, relaxed lunch with the family. Kids really enjoyed the crab nachos and the sliders were sublime. Lots of beers to choose from and finished off with a homemade Cornish lime pie. Looking forward to returning very soon to try the dinner specials!

Dropped in when perusing the local cafes and restaurants in St Agnes; very glad we did! Warm welcome from the owner. Good range of local ales and lagers - the Padstow Pilsner was an epic suggestion. We had the prawn sub, nachos and mackerel pate which were all delicious, and very fresh. Just a chilled and pleasant, easy lunch. Would recommend in a heartbeat…
