In reply to your responce, I would improve things by keeping a healthy selection of music cds. I still buy them, and its the first thing I look at, there's not any other music cd shops in St.Austell that has the chart stuff.

Visited the cafe for a couple of black americanos after shopping for a few items. Very very poor coffee if you can call it coffee. The worst cup of coffee i have had in any cafe anywhere. Extremely weak and totally tasteless. Very overpriced for what is basically hot coloured water. And to make it worse the decaffeinated version came out of a sachet! Not even freshly ground. And all served in an extremely flimsy paper cup when crockery was available. And as the flimsy paper cup says this is apparently Seattles Best Coffee!! Unbelievable. Even Asda just essentials cheapest coffee would be 100% better. I would never visit an Asda cafe for anything again.

Halloween selection seems to be getting worse and worse each year.There's more cups and mugs in the Halloween aisle than actual Halloween costumes and decorations

Great sized store including sections for clothes (adult & child, including some shoes), home, entertainment & food stuff. Can get incredibly busy. There is a useful place to get keys cutting service outside & a photo both for passports (which wouldn't be suitable for most powerchair user's.

Please make your staff aware that the Hayle store does not have a photo cake machine.... your staff in customer services rang Hayle and I was told they have a machine and could print a cake for me ( when the st austell machine wasn't working on sat 9th sept) after driving over 30 miles and sat in traffic for 0ne hour and fifteen minutes, we got to Hayle to be told they don't even have a photo cake machine !! Terrible customer service and having a call centre in India for complaints doesn't really help . ?

I have been meaning to ask for ages, why did ASDA stop doing the green tokens for the children to put in the charity slots on the way out of the store? Tesco still do it, and still promote it via an advert I just seen on tv. Its obvious people won't bother to do it online, it was all part of children's fun to take part in that. Bit stupid to do away with it.

What a shame you can’t support customer service3 pm 17/8/2023 only one member of staff trying to support numerous customers despite asking for help ,Danielle was most pleasant in sorting my problem even going to the shop floor to check overchargeCome on Asda it’s not all about tills/ profit support the staff or I will go elsewhere

Friendly staff car park can get busy in the summer season, so I'd advise going really early or really late where possible.
