Definitely been our favourite place in Charlestown this year. Friends / family / alone - just a great place to eat and enjoy the scenery. Look forward to next year and don’t go changing.

Best fish & chips in Cornwall & the battered king prawns were

That was the best fish and chips I've had in my life (and I've had a few). The batter is crispy. The fish was soft and flaky and perfectly cooked. Absoutely delicious and top notch.Tucking into our fish and chips in the open-air ambience of the harbour is very very hard to beat. And Dave, owner-chef was friendly and we had a nice chat. Couldn't recommend it more highly.

Amazing fresh seafood and on the harbour in Charlestown. A must visit if you’re in the area. Mussels in particular were amazing, and super fresh, from just a mile from the harbour! Staff very friendly also.

Went to Charlestown for lunch, had Cod and Chips with Mushy peas and Curry sauce and I had Scampi and Mushy Peas but no chips. We both had tartar sauce as well. Both meals were absolute delicious. With our food we had Pinot Grigio and afterwards Gin and Tonic.

Lovely. Just ordered and scoffed fish and chips and a delicious panko fish sandwich. £15 each which can seem steep for fish and chips but if you ordered a meal of this quality in a brick build restaurant you'd think it was a steal and prices are clearly listed. Gorgeous location, big portions, great quality.

The best Fish and Chips I've ever had! Batter and the fish was delicious, so thin, crispy and not oily. Lovely setting too!

Hands down the best fish and chips I've ever had. Couldn't resist a portion of prawn tempura too which was equally as delicious. The fish was so fresh and the staff were super friendly. Will be 100% be back

Took a week away to go to Cornwall just out of season, we had just finished up at the Eden Project so decided to head to Charlestown where we came across this delightful food master piece! Had a sneaky review of the place first and after seeing people's reviews, thought, let's do this!Lovely lady that served us, so genuine and polite. Our table number was called out, we collected out fish finger sandwiches and chips.......... it was really good. It's simple food done well and the service is good.If you get the opportunity to visit Charlestown, then don't overlook this place.

The food here was so tasty!! We had the most amazing focaccia fish finger sandwich and the fish and chips. The batter was light and the fish tasty. A plus that the service was fab!! :)

It was a wet day but nothing was more slippery than a charge for sauces, after spending £16 on a crab roll. The crab roll in question was bang average. It has to be heinz and it has to be fish elsewhere in future. Nice spot, but with improvements required.

What a gem to have found! Such good quality fish in excellent batter, massive juicy prawns, perfect crisp and fluffy chips and probably the best mussels I've ever had, in terms of quality, freshness and flavour, all prepared by really friendly folks!A solid 10/10 for everything. Going back for lunch tomorrow, and probably the day after too.......... ?Adding in an edit/update, as we went back today. Once again, did not dissappoint! We sat at the tables for lunch this time, fantastic prawns and even better calamari, with a great side salad and those perfect chips.A nice chat with the owners too, sorry we didn't get your names! Now determined to work through the whole menu...... ??

A great little pop up. Serving first class mussels and fish and chips. Very friendly crew. Lovely to be out on a late summer evening.

This spot right on harbour is great for lunch. They serve a range of fish dishes. We had scampi and chips which were the tastiest I've had in years. The cab sandwich looked tempting too and seems a good seller. Would recommend a visit if in the area on a nice day.
