Tried it last night - Extremely underwhelmed - These reviews must be from family/friends or people who are way too loyal and don't know any different - Its mediocre at best - Chilli beef not crispy with a poor bland sauce - Chow mein the same rubbish - Heres a tip Prawn crackers should also be free if your spending nearly £50 - I felt robbed for the quality.

Very tasty food, the members of staff which served me were polite and helpful and the food was prepared quickly.Wheelchair accessibility: There are a couple of parking spaces for blue badge holders and access into the shop seemed good with an uncluttered space inside.

We always use this Chinese when in Charlestown, always good quality, hot and good portion size. Crispy chilli chicken and chowmein are both delicious

Had a chicken and sweetcorn soup and spring roll and was very shocked to see the size of the soup container. It was the size of the sauce pot. 12 spoonfulls to be precise. With only 2 very small bits of chicken in. It was tasty but just not enough of it. This is the second time they have reduced the amount.They need to keep the quality and amounts and if necessary put the price up a little. The spring roll was tasty but again it was full of bean shoots. They used to have other ingredients in. Eg.. bits of ham etc.. I get the feeling this is how they are copeing with the cost of living. They need to know customers have the same problems.!

Honestly disappointed and disgusted by the hygiene here. Whilst sat for food we watched our ribs be dropped on the floor and then picked up having bits picked off from where the ribs had fallen on the floor, then we watched them get put in the container and given to us. When mentioned to a family member they said how they’ve seen the staff thawing out food in the window, uncovered with flies all over the meat. We will now avoid at all cost.

Ordered a takeaway and it was delivered on time. Food was lovely and hot and was delicious.

Despite being regular customers, we are done with it. Frequent errors with orders, both delivered and collected. The dreadful response when contacted regarding wrong / missing items. Accused of lying- why? It is in no one’s interest to lie about an order. It’s just plain annoying when having to wait for missing/ correct food to arrive. The ridiculously long time expected to wait when ordering home delivery. Often a 1.5-2 hour wait. Obviously walk ins given priority. A take away is no longer a cheap and cheerful option. It has become more and more expensive, and you expect to receive what you order in a timely manner, with the food being adequately hot. It is also reasonable to expect to all be able to eat food together, not with one eating and the other waiting for food to be re delivered. The final straw, is the unacceptably rude attitude of the female staff member when we phoned to inform them of missing items. I was told “ it’s always you that has problems with your order “- clearly not, reading other reviews, and obviously not our fault! Her tone and attitude was disgusting, and she would benefit from some serious customer service training, or getting a Saturday job involving no face to face/ telephone contact with the general public. It’s a shame, as on the whole, the food is good.
