Had lunch on Sunday with the family and it was fine , ended up leaving a back pack at the table by accident, by the time we realised the place was closed. Went back the next day and the staff had put it away safely in the back . Very helpful , honest , friendly staff . Thank you very much , much appreciated ??

Coffee and cake was good, shop area was clean however toilet not so good floor very wet, if I wasn't so desperate I would have found another toilet some where else

Place was filthy, tables full of dirty cups and trays, staff not very professional, getting confused with orders, not the usual Costa standard.

Awful. Auto'd to large. I said I didn't want a big one. Given smaller cup no refund. Asked for whole milk was given semi skimmed ....she realised the mistake, didn't apologise. No thank yous no pleases...just rude. Don't know why I continue to go to Costa always disappointed

Walked in to a busy Costa to be met with a fairly long que, 4 members of staff in total, 1 on the till, whilst the other staff members were just chatting a giggling at the end of the counter, I really enjoy Costa coffee but the customer service didn't seem to exist.

Coffee, food and service always very good. Always like the lay out, themes and special drinks / snacks.Can often be busy with a queue especially in the afternoon. Don't think much of the toilets.
this costa is always looks dirty, tables are not cleared fast enough staff look undermanned not organised .wait for ages for a drink Only went in to use up my points from other costa shops, never again

Coffee of the usual Costa standard which is fine. However the window seating area table ledge is sloping so when cup is placed on it spills over. The terrible part is the toilets they are filthy. Even after a member of staff went in with cleaning equipment for 60 seconds. Hope the kitchen equipment is cleaner.

Both my husband and I are disabled and walk with sticks, we were also holding a couple of bags each, the staff saw my husband start to stumble with the tray with the hot drinks on yet none of them could be bothered to take a couple of moments to help carry the tray to our table, very poor customer service.
