One of the worse takeaways I have ever eaten. It is a joke of an establishment.All of our chicken dishes were slimy and the prawn balls and chicken balls were like bouncy rubber balls and tasted like disgusting oil. Called to complain and hear what they had to say and the lovely desk girl was back and forth on the phone the “chef” if you can call him that. Apparently if we didn’t like the dishes then next time we should chose different. No remorse for a vile meal and I will not be coming back and making sure everyone around knows to stay away.

This is our local Chinese takeaway, and it never disappoints.The staff are always really friendly and helpful.We order the food usually via telephone and then collect.The food is absolutely lovely. Always tastes exceptional, fresh and generous portions. I think they are competitively priced and we love it.

Worst Chinese I've had. Neither myself or my daughter could eat our meals. The roast chicken was so overcooked and dry that it ended up being fed to the cat. Everything was bland. The mushrooms in the curry were past there best and should not have been used. The dough on the chicken balls was under cooked. I did give them the opportunity to refund me for the totally unacceptable meals they dished out but they refused. I would definitely recommend that you do not waste your hard earned cash buying this utterly disgusting food. It doesn't even deserve one star but I had to leave a star to write a review.

Very disappointed placed an order waited ah hour, called to ask where my order was. To be told my telephone number had been taken down incorrectly and the delivery driver had gone home. No food!!!

Was offered a measley £5 off. Won't be using jade palace again!!! Steer clear********************One of the best Chinese takeaways! Chilli chicken is a must have.Recently we had our friends over who are veggies and dispite living in newquay have now converted to jade palace for their food.customer service is great, and are always accommodating.
