We won’t be going here again. The guy who served us on the till was being racist and saying disgusting words I will not repeat. I would NOT recommend going to this subway!
Bunch of brain dead staff. Ordered on deliveroo nachos and a white choc cookie. They sent me no nachos and a rainbow cookie. Is it really that hard to do a “out of stock request to change” on deliveroo which I know exists or give me something else. Even worse when I check back on subway deliveroo and they haven’t even marked it as out of stock. Not really funny just lazy when I have an autistic child who are fussy and request a certain food but I’m having to deal with a meltdown all because they incompetent and lazy. I get mistakes happen it’s human error but my god this isn’t even the first time.

St austell is absolutely vile!.. so unclean and staff have no idea what they are spose to be doing...I think there needs to be more training and a definite clean ?

Absolutely appalling young member of staff today dropped a knife on the floor and picked it up off the floor and didn’t change her gloves so asked her to change her gloves which she did and then drops the over tray on the floor picked it up AND PUT IT ON THE COUNTER WHERE DISHING UP FOOD absolutely disgusting terrible hygiene walked out straight away and will not be returning ?

Absolutely awful, they ALWAYS miss something off the order, and it’s usually cold and squashed. Today I’m missing half of what I ordered
Ordered through Uber eats . Over cooked food which was cold when it showed up. Didn’t have a item I ordered and wasn’t refunded for it and the wrong cookies.

Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. Only 3 of 6 items arrived, and one of those had the wrong bread. Shocking service, and very annoying when you're ordering for kids, some get their food, others have to wait for something to be home cooked.

The bad service ever!!Its a boy there ,he speak very badly,he was angry and without mood for work.And the the bread I think was old,cause was falling apart.Dirty place,better avoid.If it’s dirty in the dining room,you think how it’s in the back?where they prepare the food?yuck.

Pretty good food, it's subway
