Always welcoming, excellent food and of course Belgian Beers. Staff are always friendly and attentive. Love it.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a bit of a step at the entrance but manual wheelchairs will cope. I take my own portable ramp! Toilets, unfortunately are upstairs.

The drinks are ridiculously overpriced. £7-£8 for a pint, plus discretionary 12.5% service charge is just taking it too far. £20 for a 750ml bottle of Leffe?? It's a nice idea, attempting to imitate the European experience but it feels exploitative. This service is standard overseas for a fraction of the price, but is being upsold to the gullible folk in Cornwall and the atmosphere was far from organic.

Nice place with good beer. Food was okay but a little overpriced in my opinion. Be aware that they put on 12.5 % service charge on to the bill. I would rather they left it to the customer to decide how much the tip should be.

I never expected to find a Belgian Cafe in St Ives but what a lovely surprise. The inside décor is superb. The selection of beers are brilliant and the barman took the time to explain. The only thing that let it down was the food. A bit rushed. Definitely have no problems with giving it five stars and would return.

Absolutely love this place! We stayed in St Ives for a week and the day came here was a highlight of our week. Fresh hot lovely food and a great atmosphere and friendly helpful staff ( delicious beer) We stayed all afternoon and enjoyed ourselves immensely ordering food and beer randomly as and when we felt like it and the menu suited us all. Zot beer is delicious!!!

Stumbled upon this place when looking for a light lunchtime snack. The waitress that initially greeted us asked if we had a reservation - we didn't - and she was initially hesitant but then she said she could squeeze us in. This was surprising because a) it was relatively empty and b) other people came after us without a reservation and there was no hesitation about seating them ... but, anyway, the point is you might need to book ahead. The other staff we dealt with were really welcoming and helpful. We had a selection of different types of beers which were all delicious and it was great to be able to choose from such a broad selection. We had a variety of things to eat which were also very good. To top it off there was live music on that afternoon. It really was a great place to while away a wet and rainy Sunday afternoon. We would definitely go back when in the area. My only gripe (apart from the slightly reluctant welcoming) is serving foccaccia with a charcuterie board. To my mind a crusty baguette would have been more nicer, and more fitting with the belgian theme. But all in all, well worth a visit.
