The drinks were served in a good time and the food was perfectly cooked, the staff were very friendly and accomodating, although the dessert menu did take a while to come but that was ok since we weren't in a rush. Overall the place was very clean, there was a small bit of salt residue on the floor. There was a wide variety of food on the menu, although I am not a vegan there was a lot of vegan and veggie foods. My personal favourite is the Big Kahuna burger which was cooked just right and made to my custom order. 4.7 out of 5 Very good overall. Coby Smart Food Reviewer and Critic.

Amazing evening meal! This was our fourth visit to the hub and every time the food has been phenomenal! Disappointed as some items were out of stock but understand that these things happen and the staff made us very aware before we were seated! The food was delicious and overall the atmosphere was lovely. Can’t wait to return once again!

Visited a couple of times including New Year’s Eve in busy St Ives. The staff here are amongst the politest and efficient I have experienced anywhere and are a credit to the place. Thanks for looking after us.

Good location but sadly very expensive for what it is and the food is quite average. Fish tacos mostly batter and the chilli burger tasted like just minced beef and gravy with no actual chilli in it, burger was small. Milkshakes and the sweet potato fries were the best bit. Seems like a bit of a tourist trap. you were herded in and out as quickley as possbile.

Stopped for lunch after a walk on the beach and it was amazing! The staff were really friendly and attentive. The choice of food was large including many dairy free options which was nice to see! Along with the food, there’s a wide selection of drinks available, both your regular drinks but also some Cornish delights! The atmosphere of the restaurant was chilled and modern. Would definitely recommend paying a visit!

My husband says the Small Fry breakfast was one of the best Full English Breakfasts he’s ever had! He’s from St Ives but we’ve lived away for a long time. We’ve come back to visit family and friends and popped to the Hub for breakfast. We came in at 11:10am and we’d missed it - but the lovely waiter Jago checked with the chef and they made us breakfast anyway. Beautiful coffees, great breakfast and fantastic service - thank you!

Service was ok, waitress was not very communicative. Ordered drinks, then had to wait twenty minutes to order food. Once food ordered, another 10 minutes before drinks came. Then the food soon after. We have been to this restaurant countless times and always been impressed. Unfortunately this time we were left feeling a little underwhelmed. Staff seemed uninterested. And bring back dirty fries with the burgers - not as a separate order at nearly £10

We had been led to believe from the website you couldn't book a table here so we just turned up on the off chance. Turns out their website was wrong and you could book. Never the less they managed to squeeze us in. I ordered the hot dog which when it arrived a was shocked to see it looked like the cheapest sausage they could have possibly found. However, it tasted absolutely amazing so don't let that put you off! We got two cocktails as they were on a 2 for £12 offer. When the bill arrived they hadn't charged us the special offer for the cocktails. That was easily rectified however.

Looked at menu, decided for us. Welcomed by Richie, shown to table. We had mussels and fresh mackerel, accompanied by a very acceptable glass of Pinot Grigio. The service was great and relaxed, the food sublime with a wonderful view

Well organised, friendly restaurant with a top dollar view, right on the quay. Great staff, lovely food, everything was fresh and delicious. Highly recommended

Food used to be amazing but now all the yummy food is gone , loads of stuff they didn’t have . Food was bland and tasteless , soggy . Staff have no customer service skills whatsoever. £20 for a bacon cheeseburger, that’s without fries . This place has gone downhill . Such a shame . Avoid if you can

Food was good. Service wasn’t great but it was a little busy when we arrived. Our main courses were served with the starter dishes still on the table. Staff were friendly and would return again.

Bar staff and kitchen staff messing about. Food tasty but £20 for the monkfish kebabs was too pricy for 4 little chunks of fish

The hub used to be one of our favourite places to go for food. Sadly the menu has been changed and some tasty options such as the loaded fries have been removed, replaced by sea food options. The veggie/vegan burgers are dry and tasteless. The quality of the food seems to have gone down hill.

We stopped here for lunch. The restaurant is nice and comfortable very much a western woody decor for the establishment. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. We had some nice cocktails and the fish tacos were very nice. The menu has a good range and the food was nice. The only difficulty for me being disabled was that the toilets are on the first floor so accessibility can be an issue. Thank you for the lunch guys
