What a find. The place is quaint. The food is fabulous. I don't like fish but partner does, not a problem. The young ladies serving couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. Partner had sea bream, with salad and a portion of new potatoes. I had meatballs, with the best fries I've tasted. Both meals were presented nice and were really delicious. Would recommend this great place. Thank you for a great meal and service.

This was easily the best dinner we've had in St. Ives, and we've tried a lot of places! (I kind of started the burrata before taking the picture)

I visited St. Ives today and noticed that they were doing Crab Sandwiches, so thought we would try them. Greeted very, very politely by the waitress. When the Sandwiches arrived, they were true value for money and very fresh. If your in St Ives well worth a visit

My wife and I had probably the tastiest mussels we have ever eaten here, I had the Thai chilli mussels and my wife had the mussels in white wine sauce, the bonus is that once you have eaten the mussels you have the most amazing bowl of soup, and if you pair that with the artisan bread you really are in for a treat.

Delicious food with great atmosphere and great views and a good spot to people watch. It’s also dog friendly which is even better

Simply the best seafood linguine I’ve ever had. Shellfish cooked to perfection and an ample portion, my two boys were in heaven. The mackerel and Nduja prawns were also exquisite, as were the rosemary chips. I would highly recommend this place. Huge thanks to the very welcoming staff and clearly very talented chefs. Thank you for a meal to remember ??

Fabulous. Stumbled in by chance for lunch. Food superb. Seafood linguine great. Local crab, mussels, and prawns, squid. Hake amazing, and the halloumi ciabatta tip top

After visiting this restaurant several times over the last few years it was clear that there had been a change in the standards of both service and the food served. The menu is more limited which is fine, however several dishes on the tapas menu were out of stock which we weren’t told about until sometime after ordering. The bill was not adjusted until we asked and was then done incorrectly. The home made lemonade tasted like water with a slice of lemon added. The tapas dishes were mediocre to say the least and not a patch on the previous years dishes. Really disappointed to see the change to this once small business, unfortunately we won’t be returning :(

The Searoom has an exciting menu, great service and exceptional food. We ate at the Searoom 3 times in a week - twice for dinner and once for lunch. The crab sandwich was a real treat for lunch.

Booked a table a couple weeks prior & was not expected on arrival. Waited 15 minutes & went to the bar to order to be told it’s table service. Ordered food & drinks, food was cold & had to be sent back. Went up to the bar to pay the bill & was asked ‘are you here for take away drinks’… no recognition throughout.
