This was my least favourite I’ve cream in st Ives. The ice cream was decent however there was a lack of choice and flavours compared to the competition. It was also overpriced for what you got (compared to the competitors). Furthermore, the server was extremely curt to the customers…definitely something to work on.

Decent selection of ice creams however they are definitely watered down. Flavour was a little bland and big ice crystals thought the ice cream

A bad milkshake with bad packaging lid came off and spilt everywhere then brought another one with 50p off....

dont allow tasting of icecreams for little ones, due to this 1 star.covid related, but the staff couldnt explain why.Back in Feb 23, good ice-cream but very poor customer service. 1 star.

Nice ice cream shop. Lots of choice available. Including clear indication of gluten free options available. Not many vegan options of ice-cream available. No gluten free cones, however can obviously have the ice-cream in a tub. The portion of icecream is smaller then other shops in the area. However the flavour of ice-cream I was told by my children was nice. Same price as other shops in the area
Lotta choice here. They do waffles encrusted with caramelly pieces which is a good touch. Variety of flavours too.

Really good ice cream here. Soft and very tasty. Their sorbet is also amazing, and is extremely smooth. The staff are friendly and all of their ice-cream and sorbet is made in house.
