Ordered from Central Grill as our usual was closed. Sad to say I will never return... Chips were half cooked, missing ordered items that had been paid for, called the shop and was told sorry, even though I'd paid for missing items. Chicken was overcooked, dry and ineadible. I can't honestly say this wasn't even on a weekend, where it would be I'd imagine would be much busier.

Can't fault it, a proper kebab. I got the central special and that fed 3 of us so good value too.Sure I had to wait but that's a good sign. I was in there 20 minutes and in that time the place opposite didn't have a single customer.Says it all really.

Usually the Central Special is enough to feed 4 of us. Today the size is drastically reduced and we're all still hungry! Shocking considering the price..... not impressed, won't be ordering from here

Been ordering from Central Grill past year or two now, often getting the £10.50 value box, full of donar meat, chicken strips and chips, with optional sauce and salad. Never been an issue with delivery home and always resolved with guy over phone when concerned about a long wait. Better than its rivals next door!

Very hyped place in Truro City centre. I didn’t have a very good experience though as the portion was quite small and the packaging wasn’t great.Worse still, the staff weren’t warm or willing to help. Maybe another try would be better? But for now I’m not gassed about them.

I had the worst experience the other night me and my family have been coming here for years and it's been amazing but I don't k ow if it's new owners because I went to.pick up my order and when I was there all the staff didn't look like they knew what they was doing and looked a shambles then I got home and these where the things that was wrong- cold food even though I picked it up-drink missing-chips missing-cheese missing-4 bits of chicken in my kebab-bbq sauce in other kebab instead of garlic-my wrap had no sauce instead of bbq-I chose not to.have red cabbage and had loadsAnd the portion sizes was alot smaller then has been for 2 years all the kids was exited to have this like usual and ruined all there night we was all terribly unhappy and I emailed to say all this and heard nothing back no gesture of good will or a free meal nothing

Nearly 2 hours delivery! Shocking. My donner baguette was disgusting. The meat was burnt to a crisp, it was tepid! The wedges were hard. Ordered extra cheese for the baguette and it was all over the wedges instead! When we phoned to find out where our food was we were told that they were waiting for the driver. No apologies for waiting so long.

I gave three stars as the doner kebabs are never the same, only one doner kebab out if three is just right, and when it is just right it's the best doner kebab in town, too many and ever changing staff is the problemSometimes the it's a medium instead of largeI now use Godfather in Truro the doner kebabs are always the same and plentiful

Had a very nice donner kebab, the portion was large, I couldn't finish it all. More suitable for takeaways.It's a Halal restaurant.

Honestly how is this place even open, its revolting.The only one good thing I can say about this dreadful experience is that our food arrived on time but it just all goes down hill from there.We were missing items from our order. When my partner called they mentioned it would take 40 minutes to get the missing items delivered to us so he said not to bother.The halloumi was brown and looked disgusting in the most limp greasy wrap, so it went straight in the bin.The sauces were the most awful thing I've ever tasted. Literally just a combination of shop bought sauces. Such a mess.We threw what had arrived away because it was that bad. Such a waste of money, luckily we got a refund.Cornwall seriously has some awful takeaway places and this is up there as one of them.Please don't waste your money, go somewhere else.

I placed my order through Deliveroo. I ordered the 'Home Alone' meal deal (thin stuffed crust pizza with a pepperoni topping, Dr Pepper and a portion of chips). I also got a separate garlic dip and a Yazoo milkshake.Everything arrived hot and tasty! The dip was huge as well which I was very happy with as I'm a scooper, not a dipper. ? Drinks were nice and cold, overall everything was great and the driver was speedy and polite. Thanks!
