Not recommended at all: Ordered a Deliveroo for garlic bread, Salad and tiramisu thinking about some home made stuff! Been impresed on how everything was sealed and packed. Salad tasted acid, garlic bread tasted industrial and tiramisu tasted dry stuff! So i came under the impression where Coco di Mama they buy pre cooked meals ( from Tesco, whatever…) then they change the packaging and sell it to us! Good business, great profit! But definetly not going to order again or recommend!

First time ordering as I've always been told it was good! Left extremely underwhelmed, garlic bread seemed to be half melted mozzarella stick which no actual garlic butter soaked into the bread itself - I didn't think this would be too much of a problem as the pasta would have sauce to make it less dry yet pasta had next to no sauce on it and a few tiniest pieces of meat - this was in both pasta pots, was really looking forward to giving a good review but how can I after that, I'm not sure if you're having a bad day or not but don't take it out on the food, sorry but I won't be attempting this again !! This was ordered through deliveroo

Given that pasta is already an incredibly lucrative takeaway/eat out food, I was incredibly disappointed with an order on Friday 25th July. My partner ordered the wild mushroom, I ordered the ham hock and pancetta. Both dishes listed as 'creamy', the lack thereof was quite a surprise. The most overcooked, yet dry pasta I've eaten to date. There was a lack of mushrooms and even mushroom flavour in the dish, yet a slight hint of mushroom couring on the pasta. A small amount of congealed pasta water holding it all together in the pot. The ham hock and pancetta in the other dish was diced and shredded so small it was hard to decipher which was which. Several lumps of gristle put me off the meal entirely and had the same flavour issues as the mushroom dish. We also ordered two mozzarella garlic breads. They were also lacking in flavour and texture. The dough had the same consistency as the congealed cheese on the top. All in all, a foul and uneaten disappointment. For twenty odd quid, I would have expected a MUCH higher standard than the above. I added salt and pepper (don't let the picture fool you)

Vegan pasta with lentils was super amazing and a friendly staff as well! Tried their vegan baguette with the rocket salad, chillies and aubergine! That too was fresh and tasty! Great experience, amazing staff.

I ordered the Bolognese pasta, and my partner took the Vegan Ragu pasta with a side salad ... I ended up with a mushroom creamy pasta instead of Bolognese ; I'm lactose intolerant, so I got sick ( + the pasta were totally flavourless). As for my partner, her pasta were overcooked, and the salad was all soaked up in a very sweet dressing ; was more a dessert than a savory salad. + The portions were way too small, ended up ordering at another restaurant. We were both very disappointed.

Where to start; took nearly 2 hours for it to arrive. When we phoned to chase the restaurant to find out where it was we got told it left ages ago (it hadn't as no update on deliveroo) only left the restaurant when we phoned. Asked the delivery rider when they picked it up they told us 5 mins ago which was when it updated on deliveroo. Do not appreciate being lied to! They have to scan the order to tell us it is on the way. Not them pressing a button! When the food arrived part of the order was missing and the whole order was cold. Tried calling to complain to them but each time I try calling the line hangs up as it is busy. Only saving grace was that the food tastes really good. Sadly, I won't be ordering from here again. Top tip for good customer service: DO NOT LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS about where their order is

I don't normally leave reviews, but had to on this occasion. I ordered food from the Beckenham branch via Just East, and was very disappointed. The garlic bread was rock hard, and extremely difficult to eat. I also ordered the mushroom pasta, which arrived in a pot of cold, bland pasta with tepid, mushy, mushroom sauce just plonked on top. You can save yourself money and replicate the dish at home, by buying cheap mushroom soup, boiling some pasta, and then pouring the soup on top. Supermarket pasta is better and cheaper.

We ordered mushroom pasta it was nice and light not too heavy, there is seating inside and try to avoid lunch rush as it gets overcrowded

£8.50 for cold, undercooked, soggy and tastless microwave pasta? Save your money people! More like S**T DI MAMA? Unfortunately I got to taste it???

I would rather eat a microwave pasta pot from Lidl than get food from here. I got the super green pesto pasta and it was awful - I mean awful. I’ve seen some of these stores closed around London and now I know why. Most people can make pretty decent pasta for a cheap price at home so don’t waste your money. Waste of money! Maybe try and make one of your dishes really nice and keep to that rather than have an extensive menu with most of it being horrible (I’ve heard elsewhere). Sorry for the review but I was just so unimpressed.

Last place to go to eat when I have no other choice for hot food... £6.50 for 10 spoons of pasta with drop of sauce. How this place survived pandemic and reopened. this is a "saucery" If you want to feel more hungry after paying £6.5 this is your place.

OMG what’s happened to your coffee cups during your long Covid closure... they’ve shrunk but you’re charging the same money?... total ripoff yesterday when I paid £2.85 for a regular coffee and got what looked like a toddler size coffee cup!!!! Don’t let good loyal customers help you to catch up with your fallen profits during your Covid closure!! My photo speaks volume. I will not be back but to M&S opposite who can manage a whole double size cup of coffee for the same price !

I ordered delivery from you in shrewsbury and it’s safe to say i have wasted £15. Probably some of the worst pasta I’ve ever had. No flavour at all and the pasta shape was not the same as the picture, I also ordered sea salt and rosemary chips.. again nothing like the picture and I couldn’t even taste salt let alone rosemary. The only thing that was good was the lemonade which you didn’t even make.

Expensive food for something that tastes like a 99p value brand frozen food meal. I don't often leave reviews but felt this was needed.

This is impossible, the worst food I've ever eaten. This is carbonara? It's a joke. I will never order more and do not recommend it to anyone, you can't eat it. He goes to the garbage
