“Great food, lovely view, friendly staff, what's not to like. Quite sheltered sitting on the verandah and a great view. We had the fish sandwich and veggie burger, very nice.”

“A pre-dinner cocktail session to celebrate a family Birthday. 8 of us visited the TD for a drink prior to heading to the Longstore for dinner (as the TD were not offering food as yet) On arrival and a friendly greeting we were swiftly shown to a table which was adapted to take 8 of us. We were given menus where the waiter offered any help and advice and left to make our choices. Cocktails all round were ordered which arrived in a timely manner. Every cocktail had been made exactly as it should and served in the correct glasses with the correct accompaniments. The decor has seen a huge improvement with the addition of comfortable contemporary tables and chairs and a new fresh homely feeling decor. We would have eaten there too but it was explained that they are currently working to a 'Soft Opening' wanting to get everything in place and correct prior to opening the kitchens up to offering food. A really enjoyable experience and just what Truro has been needing.”
