Went to the drive through and got a couple of kids meals. Was told there was no milkshake available ( never is from my experience). Food was average and just about warm. Staff member looked and sounded very miserable ( maybe I should've bought him a happy meal and see if it worked). Would only recommend this place as a way to keep kids quiet.

We arrived 10pm after we found ourselves passing down the road and hungry.There were only 6 customers in the place (we were 2 of them) and just a few cars going through the drive through.The dining room was fairly untidy. Lots of messy tables, bins literally overflowing and they were long past being emptied. Lots of staff appeared to be behind the countertop I couldn't see why the room was in such a mess.We ordered 20 chicken nuggets and one chips to share. The food was luke warm. I ordered white coffee. The lid said it was white, but there was no milk in it. I returned this and was given a large in its place as compensation. This was the only thing we had that was hot. I felt like the food and drinks had stood for some time before they were served to us.Not impressed with the quality at all however the staff appeared friendly.Won't be back.

We don't usually get McDonald's, but as we were passing, we thought we'd give the drive through a go and grab something to eat.After we ordered, they asked us to wait in a waiting bay as our food wasn't ready.The food came quickly, and before we left, we checked that we had everything.On a quick glance, it seemed everything was there. But when we got we were missing dips and we asked them not to put meat pattys in two of the burgers as they were for a vegetarian but they for some reason left a meat patty in both burgers so they had to be thrown away.The burger buns looked awful as if they had been squished and heavily grilled, and the fries were hard.Definitely an awful experience and a complete waste of money. If it wasn't completely out of my way to go back, i would demand a refund. We won't be going there again, 1 star.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options are shockingly bad. I honestly don't know why McDonald's even bother.

When I went this mcdonalds was clean and tidy and a lady was cleaning while I was there. My chicken nuggets were 10/10 hot, crisp, fresh and tasty but my big mac was a bit of a let down, warm and a bit soggy. Overall it was one of the better mcdonalds I have been to, the staff were polite, tidy and well dressed ect. Not bad. But not amazing, come on mcdonalds so much room for improvement, its all pretty disappointing ?. I was always a big fan of mcdonalds as a treat spot, I mean you'd think you couldn't destroy something that was once so great but seriously you all wanna pull your socks up big time you got mega competition!! Your vegan/vegetarian lunch options are pathetic, and there is nothing for such on the saver menu, you really are losing the points game, I have many friends who are veggie and have lunch ect and unless tou want a full meal at £6/£7 there is really only fries, mozzarella sticks, no vegetarian burger option for under£2 or even under£5, its really poor on your side mcdonalds, I myself often opt for the veggie as not so long ago I was a vegetarian but the price bracket is way yayyy bad!! What a let down?

Drive through order messed up every single time, then messed up again when they remake your food.Ordered a chocolate milkshake from here once, got strawberry, went to the counter to exchange it… they needed to change the bag of syrup (probably why they tried to fob me off with something else) - watched as they did it. Part of milkshake machine where syrups go was utterly disgusting, a bag had clearly burst at some point in time and hadn’t been cleaned up.On other occasions, early in the morning, I’ve seen a staff member emptying bins (not bags, just litter picking a few items out of each into another bag) go straight from bin duty to the friers wearing the same dirty jacket, and probably not washing hands.Only reason I give this two stars is because the morning staff are really friendly.

I had a pleasant experience and one of their workers called Will (blonde beared man) was fantastic. He provided excellent customer service that I almost forgot I was in a fast food restaurant. The food was like any other McDonald’s.

Food tasted like it had been sat under a hot light for hours then put back in oil…. Table service if that’s what you call it dumped food on the table like it was the biggest hardship! And as for miss trunchball walking round pretending to clean clearly doesn’t like kids seemed to keep hovering near us just to whinge at my 3 year old who put three crayons in her pocket as we were leaving so she could finish her picture stupid cow tried to make an example of her then proceeded to tell me how they ran out of crayons last week like I bloody care! McDonald’s are all over the world I’m sure they’re not sure of a few pence for a packet of crayons

Bit annoyed they don't clean milkshake nozzles between flavour changes, found chocolate at bottom of the vanilla, the problem for me is I am diabetic and any chocolate is a big no no, this should be looked at withing the scope of dietary requirements
