In the Randal family we love pizza express and the atmosphere and service at Truro pizza express is immaculate. The staff are lovely and make sure everything is in order especially the manager who has a lot of flair and of course, as you would expect with any pizza express, the food is very high quality and never disappoints! 5 stars all around?

Went in for a meal on a busy Friday. We had not booked but were sat straight away. Food came quickly and was delicious. Felt really looked after by Tim and the team. Will be back!!

Amazing staff, very friendly and created a good and positive atmosphere which made me feel like a valued customer. The food was delicious as always, can never go wrong with a cheeky pizza. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to my friends! Love this chain and especially this restaurant!

We arrived early with no booking into the empty restaurant. Asking for a table for 3 the young woman who greeted us said they were fully booked within the next hour. We said we could be in and out before that but she smirked at us and told us this was out of the question. I smiled and pointed to the completely empty restaurant but she told us in a most arrogant tone with another smirk that they would soon be full. So rude! After enjoying a great dinner served with a smile at nearby Sam’s we walked back past Pizza Express exactly 1 and a half hours later. It was about a third full. Ha! Not recommended at all.
Love me some pizza express! Happy birthday to me! Same great staff, same great service! Consistency is the name of the game!

I had an absolutely marvelous experience at Pizza Express last night, all thanks to the remarkably attentive manager (ginger for reference) and the exceptional waitstaff (blonde and brunettes).
