Took my 2 boys and a friend for a birthday treat. What an absolute rip-off!!£68 for a small pepperoni pizza, chips, onion rings, about 5 chicken nuggets and 3 ice creams. The chips were cold and the pizza was bland at best.Staff were friendly but I will not be returning anytime soon. ?

What a soulless place. Not the best experience I have had when eating out The staff were okay but you place your own order after you scan the QR code on your phone. No real interaction with the staff, not their fault. The pizza were okay but not the best & not cheap. Altogether

Food wasn't warm. Took a long time to order and arrive. Lots of noisy children, but to be expected. Haven't be there for 6 years will not be going again. Shortage of staff but the one's there helpful and friendly. Not what it used to be.

Birthday treat for a 13 yr old,we had 3 adults and 3 kids and it cost over £100 code pizza!!! Place was DEAD which isn’t really a surprise, the ‘chandlier’above us was FILTHY,the salad bar was a tad empty but ok. But for the price we won’t be returning. Waitress was lovely, but the system of ordering on your own phone when there’s a group is ridiculous and NO CASH!!!!

Rachel was amazing. She didn't stop moving the entire time we were there. When she wasn't taking orders, she was serving meals, clearing tables, sweeping the floor... Every member of our party (5 of us, ages ranging from 11 to 78) commented on how she just kept going! It was almost memorising watching her zoom from one table to the next, one minute carrying a tray of drinks, the next minute cleaning the seats at the table next to us, then dashing past with a dustpan and brush... There were other staff in the restaurant (a different person seated us and I saw a manager clear a couple of tables) but Rachel seemed to be serving every table (at least 10 tables, possibly more) and she made it look effortless... Having worked in the service industry for many years when I was younger, I know how difficult it can be to be that busy and yet keep smiling. She was friendly, happy and polite and she made our evening thoroughly enjoyable. If there is any way to acknowledge and reward her hard work, you really should do that - Rachel is a credit to your business and we certainly hope that she serves us next time we visit.

Deliveroo got our order to us reallllllllly late > 2.5 hours! Pizza Hut made up for it by making us fresh pizzas and sending 2 slices of a glorious Speculoos cheesecake. The wonderful service & decent pizzas for a fast food joint - will make us order from The Hut again!

Food was ok, as always having to wait for fresh pizza to arrive, then everyone descends and it's all gone again in seconds.Parking: A very small carpark, at busy times you won't find a free space

Great service and friendly staff! Dined here wednesday the 8th so midweek and in school term. So not overly busy all in all great experience and good value!Vegetarian options: The menu does have vegan options for those who either can't have cheese or lifestyle choice.

Front of house staff present a clear language barrier and simply direct you to a table and to use an app and QR code. This was extremely frustrating especially when one of us didn't't have a phone. Couldn't get any answers to questions due to the language barrier. The app asks you if you want to leave a tip just before placing your order. The round tables are a nightmare seating 6 of us and only one entrance (makes refillable drinks and toilet trips a macarena)The front of house staff besides not interacting with us at all basically sat at the entrance the entire time while eating sweets and one appeared to struggle to walk due to a pregnancy. The single person who spoke perfect English was the one that brought our food out however originally got this wrong.Price Vs value is not worth it. You may as well have an arrow to the seats and a sign to use an app. No human interaction food was Ok but for the experience it reminds me why nobody really goes there anymore. If you get seated in the human roundabout seating look at the chandelier for how many of their coloured test tubes appear to have fallen out and pray this doesn't happen to you.

Went approx 16.30 during half term. Everything was clean and well organised. The food was prompt and all machines were working properly. The children's meals are decent value for money, and plenty of variety for picky eaters. No cash payment available, all transactions are card/online. Venue is warm, pizza was cheesy, all you need really ?

I used to love pizza hut. But I'm VERY disappointed in the new size pizza's. I ordered an 11 inch but it was more like a 9. Not worth the price of £22. It seems they are joining chocolate makers in reducing the size, but upping the price. Will not be returning to pizza hut unfortunately.

First time we've been and can't day it was worth the money. £66 for a family of 3. Pointed to a table and left to use the app. Pizza was nice enough, sides were OK, salad bar not the best. Toilets weren't clean. Staff nice enough and service relatively quick but overall not worth the price unless you go for the all you can eat buffet during the day then not quite so bad.

The service was fast. I ordered a takeaway pizza for someone that couldn't make it, I was given a timescale of how long it would take and the timescale was fulfilled. I was also able to use my Bluelight discount as I work for the NHS and this was a definate bonus.Vegetarian options: There are two vegetarians in my family so was pleased to see options for them.Parking: There was plenty of free parking behind the restaurant.
