Called in around 2pm, no queues, super clean environment and polite staff. Sub as amazing as ever.

There was Mice Droppings and mouse bait trap box in the main subway cafe, which was not great to see when you have just brought a meal deal, I did alert the staff to make them aware and they didnt seem to bothered but one member of the team did take a brush to tidy it up, but its not great to see in the cafe.

Fast and efficient, a little dirty but it was very busy so not easy for staff to wipe down tables whilst stacked with customers. Sandwich was good which is all I wanted really

Very nice food but a little bit expensive for a meal deal. The next time we will order only the roll, which is really good and big, if you order the foot long.

Yet to have a good experience here. One example: was waved away 20 mins before closing, but most recently I had an employee poke my steak/cheese melt into the packaging!! Gobsmacked. The woman was obviously new and inexperienced, not one of the other three employees stopped her or apologised for the state of my sandwich and it’s packaging. They were fully aware of my anger, did nothing to put this right. My advice steer clear of this subway.

Disappointing...Came in at 1:05pm.Had to leave after a 20 min wait due to me having only half hour lunch break and hadnt had anything to eat all day as it was.staff not acting quickly enough to serve customer's.
Ordered off the app and when I collected some of the items were missing. Had to go back to collect missing crisps and drinks.

Seeming I buy from here often and spend time up here I find it very annoying when a certain employee tells me I can’t use the toilet without paying for something. I don’t see this to be a rule or an issue and in fact find it quite offensive. I spend enough of my money in here weekly. So the thought of me using a loo whilst on site seems to be fair. Seeming I’m disabled and need access to a toilet and they are the only one nearby. I will be contacting the manager and operations manager and won’t be paying for anything until it’s resolvedParking: Parking fine ashame about some of the staff.

I think you guys should give alfie a raise he was such a nice and handsome fellow he told me he put special sauce in the sub for me it did ressemble the colour and texture of mayonnaise it was a nice salty sandwhich i do love some extra salt ?? next time i see im gonna get his glizzy and put it in my sandwich for a extra a mayo sucking session ??? love, from alfies boyfriend
