Didn't try the food.Good service, nice Guinness at £2.99, good atmosphere. You know what you're getting, can't knock it.

This is a pub from the Wetherspoon chain. Often crowded and noisy. Fast food, menu with some local specialties available, wide choice of beers and alcohol, wide choice of hamburgers. Price/"quality" ratio; unbeatable thanks to their formulas, it's always better than McDonald's. Good to know: you must order and pay at the bar before being served. In Truro, you'll find much nicer pubs that will serve better food.

The food is great and they have a variety of things it’s swift and always hot.Always out quick and lots of people to serve out very friendly and nice. The atmosphere is amazing nice and loud like a pub should be and never boring always a tv on. What I should say must try it.

It's a Wetherspoons - as expected, nice atmosphere, cheap drinks, busy but not too crowded.

Not the best presented ales served and lot of tables not cleaned. Drinks only!
It's a Weatherspoons, so you get what you pay for. The staff are lovely and friendly. The atmosphere is good too, and there's a wide range of ages and groups or solitary visitors. Food is reasonable, and pretty cheap. Alcohol is the same!

I am a bit halfway on this witherspoon, some of the staff are a little bit iffy and others are too dollar, real nice overall place but it does get right busy, the food this time was a bit of a let down although my dessert was lovely and worth the money on this particular occasion the staff had really let it down. And it wasn't as well kept as it has been on previous visits I'm personally hoping they were having a bad hair day.☹☹Vegetarian options: I had a salad and added chicken to it but you can have it just plain, it has butternut squash ect was delightful and there are quite a few vegetarian options.

Used this spoons for a pre theatre meal.Very busy, but found a table. Went to the bar to order, appeared to be plenty of staff, but more dealing with app orders than those standing at the bar.At least we can see wich customers weatherspoons prefer.
